We had a great time with our family of 4. The clean and modern design of the house is nice and very practical. We enjoyed the restaurant choices that were in walking distance as well as the restaurants that required a short drive. Also available on site is a tennis court, pickle ball and basketball. A great spot for surfing as well. We would rent this unit again.

I went down to Gaviotas with some friends for a weekend away. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of rooms and spaces for everyone. There are labels on every single light switch and all over the front door and kitchen which was a little overkill but the stay was really pleasant and will definitely rent there again. There are security guards at the front which made us all feel safe and there a local private beach maybe 5 min walk

When we walked into the house we were greeted by the stunning view of the ocean. It was all we could hope for. There was ample room for our family to relax and not feel like we were on top of each other. And the beds were comfortable! The community is super quiet and and beach access couldn't have been easier. We'll definitely be back!

An excellent place to rest, very nice view of a very quiet area, only the refrigerator is small, from there in the outside everything was excellent.

Fabian’s place was amazing! The communication from the host was phenomenal and everything about the place was incredible. Truely a very secure and quiet place in TJ compared to a ton of places!! Loved it here!! Can’t wait to come back again!!

I usually don't review any places where I stay but this time, Words cannot describe what a wonderful weekend I spend at Jaime's house. It's a really clean, peaceful and comfortable. I think the price I paid was worth every penny.

Location is within walking distance of a lot or restaurants and yes the beach.

The little house is as described, you feel very comfortable, like at home. Great location, very safe and with many restaurants nearby. Eberardo's attention is very good, I would stay there again without a doubt.

I loved Liliana's place, it was even better than what I imagined. Beautiful views, so many places to dine and eat. The gym and pool were clean, overall super enjoyable I'd love to come back.

This is a great place to stay! The unit itself is very well taken care of, had all amenities listed. The location is in an area that is very convenient to the Embassy & Consular Office at which we had appointments & the price is very reasonable for the accomodations. To us, the most impressive and appreciative point was the communication and response between us & Juan Carlos & Balbina! We had a MINOR issue, we couldn’t find the remote control for the TV so we contacted them. Almost immediately, they responded, even sent one of their employees to help us! After he arrived & helped us search for the remote control, he located it, under the couch cushion! We were a little embarassed because we had previously done cursory search ourselves! So this friendly tip for future visitors, look under the couch cushions if you can’t find the remote control. 😉 If we’re ever in TJ again, we’ll stay there. Juan Carlos & Balbina are truly Super Hosts and are Super Attentive! Thank you both!

Fay & family were wonderful hosts! Very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is and Los Gaviotas is always perfect. The small apartment is cozy and perfect for just two. There is no privacy door for bathroom but didn't bother us! Was on the higher end of price compared to other larger properties we've stayed at in LG but considering it was holiday weekend and knew the price going in and was very happy to pay it over the holiday. Thank you, Fay for a wonderful visit!

The condo was very clean. Saying the view is amazing is an understatement!!! Overall, the condo was wonderful. It is about 7 minutes outside of town but that is not a bad thing. Driving there is easy. Cab ride into town is only $5.00. Would stay here again except I liked it so much I rented a condo in its sister tower for a year.

The apartment is very parent,clean, large spaces with all amenities. I would just super that I had parking. But if I would stay everything at 100 again

Great apartment in a great location. Everything’s perfect, clean, nice, awesome building staff, except on weekends there’s a nightclub a block away that blast incredibly loud music well into the early morning hours.

I’ve stated a few locations in Oceana. This is by far my favorite. The view is beautiful. It is fully stocked with everything. You can imagine it has TVs that actually work had condiments working appliances complete set of dishes, silverware, and anything you could think of there were extra blankets and it was very clean, I felt safe and right at home. I’ve stayed in bigger units but I’ll sacrifice space for fully stocked any day of the week. I highly recommend this and this host.

This condo was all about the location for us. The views, as stated, are amazing! The condo is in a very safe, secure location so there was not any issue leaving the sliders open to hear the sounds of the sea and surf all night long. Greg isn’t a bothersome host however he makes it known he is there if you need anything at all! The grounds are well kept with walkways leading to the ocean, lounge chairs, swimming pools, etc. The sun shines every day and the sunsets are exquisite. We highly recommend Greg’s property at Calafia; without hesitation, we would stay there again.

Oh wow, the pictures do not do this place justice! First, the unit was spotless, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. You can tell Kevin & Kendra love and take great care of their space! The view was outstanding - nothing beats waking up to the ocean. The property was quiet (we traveled for NYE) and security was very helpful. Thanks again Kevin & Kendra. We will absolutely be back!
