I had an incredible stay at Ace's place! From the moment I arrived, Ace was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Stayed here for 5 days for my wedding preparations and the place was just awesome! its felt like home! highly recommended place!

It's our second time here at casa Verde. The place is spacious, clean rooms, nice kitchen and really just in the metro. No longer need to travel a long time (haggard and tiring/hassle). Location is perfect specially I have my elderly parents with me. Great Host, and the caretakers are approachable. Will come back again, and thank you for making my daughter's birthday so much fun with her friends.

Ms. April is easy to talk to and very kind. She is very responsive, even at late hours. All inquiries and questions were answered. The place is very relaxing and great for families or groups of friends to stay. We will definitely book here again. I highly recommend this place.

The place is within metro manila therefore it is accessible to grab/any courier which is good. The house and pool is clean and well maintained and air conditioning units on living room and 4 bedrooms works well. There’s not much plates, cups, utensil and cooking ware if you plan to cook several dishes but it is fine since you can buy disposable plates/utensil on nearby groceries and buy food outside or have them delivered as well. Overall, thank you Sir Mark! 😊

Second time at Osmund's place and it's another great experience. Looking forward to our next stay! Location - very easy to find and accessible anytime. Has a mall that is literally walking distance so it was reassuring since you can get what you need from the mall. Check in / out - super easy and quick! I loved how they set up Seventeen vids on the TV since they knew we'll be there for the concert. 🤗 Room - spacious and clean with complete amenities as listed. Large and comfortable bed, sofa, table, TV, aircon, bath and toilet, cabinet with hangers, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen, etc. There are lots of power outlets as well. Parking - has a reserved parking spot which was really helpful. Host - super friendly and responsive! Very easy to talk to. 🫶🫶🫶 Thank you so much, Osmund! 🎉

Four of us stayed over here and it’s was really spacious and definitely great for what you pay. The living/communal area fit all of us well. Really appreciate a space with a separate dining area. The two bedroom were great and none of us felt crowded. Great place. Highly recommend for groups of three or four.

I am very happy that I've found Ms Vangie's listing on AirBnB. I booked for 4 nights. She's very responsive to my inquiries from check in to check out. The unit assigned is just near the elevator, perfect for us since we got a senior citizen with us. Got everything that we need in the room. On our 3rd day, we lost internet connection. Ms Vangie took action rightaway so I was able to work right in time. will definitely stay again here at Ms Vangie's unit.
