The apartment is very nice, very nicely decorated, as in the pictures. The residential is private and secure and was very clean. It looks like they enjoy the coffee as much as we do.

The house is very good and convenient, location is nice and quiet, far from the center , 10 minutes by car to some main malls. the only problem we had is with a very sensitive neighbor that complained about noise few times even though we were very quiet and went to sleep very early. the host was very friendly and answered our needs quickly

Berta's place is accurately described in the listing and in the photographs. The location is excellent, with markets, shopping and tiendas all reasonably close by. The apartment is quite roomy and comfortable and suitable for longer stays (we stayed for 3 weeks). Berta is a lovely host who is kind and very helpful. She responded quickly to any concerns or questions. We highly recommend Berta's place.

The stay was great although there is just a bit of noise from the street. It wasn’t enough to keep me up or anything but is something to note if you’re a particularly light sleeper.

Clemente was incredibly kind and very easy to work with. He let us check in early, gave very clear instructions on how to find the apartment, greeted us at the gate, showed us around, and told us how to walk to town and find a supermarket. The view is great! It's a little loud but so is every place in San Juan La Laguna. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the main street if you walk down the stairs to the beach and it's easy to grab a tuk tuk right outside the gate. There's only a few minutes of hot water but we didn't mind. Overall great stay and would highly recommend if you're looking for a private place to stay in San Juan.

A great place to see that is central to all locations in San Marcos. This place had an incredible view of the town, lake, and surrounding volcanos. It was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful cabaña in San Marcos, Lake Atitlan. From the moment we booked, Andrea was responsive and incredibly helpful, connecting us with Alejandra, who was a true gem. Alejandra went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even helping us with last-minute laundry requests. She also introduced us to our Tuk Tuk driver, Don Juan, who was always prompt, reliable, and full of great local information. He even helped us with our luggage at the dock, which was so thoughtful! San Marcos is a peaceful and picturesque village, and the views from the cabaña were breathtaking. We woke up every morning to enjoy the sunrise, which was magical, and we highly recommend taking advantage of the free kayak to experience the sunrise from the lake—felt like a scene from The Notebook! The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with fantastic water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water, which was a real treat.

"A unique ambiance full of nature" My stay was excellent. The location is super convenient, close to everything you need. What I enjoyed the most was the ambiance: surrounded by nature and with a vibe very similar to that of the IRTRA hostels. It is a perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility. The host was very friendly and everything was clean and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
