The accommodation is worth for the value, with beautiful view, quiet and convenient location. Rooms are very clean. Very happy with the experience, highly recommend!

Olivia’s place is amazing. The view is incredible of the mountains and lake. The apartment itself has a huge living/kitchen space and a huge bathroom. Perfect if you are staying in queenstown for a couple of days. There are plenty bus routes that pass right outside so transportation is so easy.

Probably our favourite Airbnb ever. It ticks all the boxes. It has a perfect location: outside the town but walkable to town in about 25 minutes on the lakeside Queenstown Track, and it’s on the slope below the main road into town, so you don’t see or hear the traffic. It has a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains that you could look at for hours. It has comfortable beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with helpful labels on the cupboards and drawers so you’re not constantly trying to remember where things are. It’s easy to get in, with access by code so you don’t have to worry about keys or cards. It has convenient parking. It has good bikes that you can take out - we rode to the Kelvin Peninsula on the other side of the bay. There’s lots of room to spread out. The host’s representative replied right away when we had questions. It’s not cheap but it is so worth it.

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was small but perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed and waking up to spectacular views each day was breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony and taking in the surrounds will be a memory we will never forget.

All 4 of us were beyond blown away by this place. Fitted our needs and then some. Actually spent more time cooking and dining at home than expected because of the kitchen, bbq and incredible views of the lake. The only negative we could come up with was that we weren’t able to overstay our welcome and squat here forever. It was the consensus that we will book this apartment should we return to NZ next year.

We had a lovely stay - large living area and kitchen, and comfortable bed. Beautiful views of the marina and lake. Fantastic value considering the space and views! The only thing that would've been handy to have was a high chair and bassinet option for baby.

Travelling with family of 6 plus grandparents. Was a great stay and 5-10 mins from airport and 5-10mins from town depending on traffic. The layout was good for us as we could stay upstairs while the grandparents had the self contained unit downstairs. The main living room was great and had a big window that captured the views amazingly. The outside had a nice little outside space with table and chairs and great on the couple of sunny days. The hottub was good on our ski days and overlooked the water which was nice. The property was clean and functional and had the basics. The bedrooms were on the smaller side but was fine for that style and time of building. One thing to keep in mind is that the driveway is a little harder to get down coming from the south if you have a long wheel base. This is due to the orientation of the hairpin corner. It sometimes hard to get out from during busy times if heading south as you cannot clearly see around the corner and can be dangerous.

After a long flight from the US, the willow condo was perfect to rest and adventure for a few days. The place has a summer charm unlike others in the Queenstown area. We were met with a basket and refrigerator full of complimentary wine, orange juice, milk and snacks. The river and Wakatipu lake was a short 5 minute walk with nice spots to jump in or stroll to the marina. Robin did an exceptional job tidying up the place and giving us hiking recommendations for our time! We would do this place over again 100%.

This is a stunning location and only a short 15-20mins walk to the centre of town We enjoyed the ‘Swiss chalet’ vibe and could imagine that it would be so lovely in winter. There was plenty of room for our party of 11. The only issue was the gardener mowing lawns, hedge trimming, leaf blowing and spray of weeds at 7:30am one morning. He unfortunately woke us all up after quite a late night the night before and a big day ahead. I messaged Deborah after seeing the man outside the window and she immediately contacted the contractor and had them cease the work. In saying that I can’t fault Deborah and the home itself. We had a wonderful stay!

Nicola’s place was a beautiful space. We had a big group from all corners of the world for a destination wedding. It was a great space with a magnificent view. Convenient for a cheeky dip to wake up just 20s walk down a pathway Beautiful 1 hour walk along the Queenstown track through the gardens into town. 10/10 experience and can’t rave enough about this place

Great location, great view! Very comfortable couch, in front of a picture window overlooking the lake, gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed our evening walks, across the street at the park there’s a nice path. We especially appreciated the peacefulness of the location. It was 10 to 15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Queenstown, yet there was a shopping center that met all of our needs about five minutes away. And there were a few planes each day, but the view and the peacefulness of the setting were completely worth it!

I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars. The photos do not do this place justice. You truly cannot capture the beauty and tranquility in a photo. I think it’s safe to say this was my favorite airbnb experience to date— the hosts are wonderful and the house truly has everything you need. Arrowtown down the street is so quaint and lovely, but we loved the house so much, we opted to spend a lot of our free time there. Will happily be back in the future! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Very responsive staff and easy spot to get In to town, would recommend again

Great value. Perfect for my family of six. My only issue was the stairs (my bad knees), otherwise it was perfect!! Beautiful views, my kids didn’t want to leave. Would definitely stay again!!
