If you're looking for restful and accommodating in Seattle, this place is it! The neighborhood is easily walkable, and off street parking is a bonus in Seattle. Inside, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms are clean, and the fireplace is so cozy. Thanks for a lovely stay, Mary!

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Came in to visit my daughter, who lives in Capitol Hill. I unexpectedly needed a place to stay for one night. Tri was great and the location was one block away. Will be looking for availability next time I am in town.

Ali’s place was the perfect place for me as I helped my youngest move from home, a few states away, to the U District. It’s cozy and private, with easy access to all the neighborhoods in the Seattle core. Ali was quick to respond to my few questions during the stay. I plan to stay there again when I come back to visit.

We loved our experience from the clean environment to the accommodations. We had a hard time parking only because we had a mini van with four adults. This is no fault of the host just the nature of Seattle space. The noise wasn’t as bad as we thought being next to the airport. The neighborhood itself was actually fairly quiet. We enjoyed the wine, candy, and atmosphere.

Host was responsive and easy to reach. Area was perfect for our needs and our dog. School/park nearby. Unit was clean and ready for us with a welcome light on. Bedrooms are on the second and third floor. Definitely not the place for you if you have mobility issues . It was quiet at night which was a plus and the bed was comfortable .

Our family had a great holiday weekend stay at Hana’s place in West Seattle. The location is perfect—street parking is plentiful and free, and both Alki Beach and tons of cool shops and restaurants are with an easy 5 minute drive. The unit itself is pristine with everything you could want for your stay. Having a pack and play for the baby was a great touch. The weather wasn’t conducive to using the rooftop patio, but that seems like a great spot for dinner or hanging out in the warmer months. 5 stars, couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great simple place, clean & comfy. Quick communication & super easy check in/out. The one nitpick was the showers being a little tepid, even for the first person showering in the morning. Otherwise, had everything we needed with no complaints.

Such a nice place. Used the bedroom/bathroom on the top floor. The mattress was very comfortable and loved the shower! Ashley was very helpful and responsive! Would definitely choose to stay here again!

This townhome is brand new and tastefully decorated! The layout is very convenient and allowed our teenagers and us to each have plenty of our own space. It is such a great location, a beautiful and quiet street just blocks to the water front or hip coffee shops and restaurants of West Seattle! It was perfect for us!

We had a Celebration of Life for a family member over the weekend, and we stayed at Izzy and Emmy's place. It was perfect for us. The location was great and the place had everything we needed for our stay.

The air bnb was very nice to stay in. It was very clean and comfortable, spacious (especially for two people), and the shower has excellent water pressure. Addie was great at maintaining communication. We were able to walk downtown to the waterfront in about 30-35 minutes (there are hills!). The walk to Swedish hospital was about 15 minutes. There are no seasonings/spices, etc. leftover by past guests so you have to purchase from scratch if you will be cooking. We were able to log into all of our favorite viewing platforms which was great for our long stay. The location is convenient, but the block the place is on is rundown looking. However, after walking just one block any direction it improves. For staying in Seattle this is a very good find!

Was pretty great, easy walk to the link station to get anywhere in Seattle! Def would book again. I wasn’t expecting it to be like 5 flights of stairs but super cute!

We spent five weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was immaculately clean upon arrival and well-equipped for a long visit. The AC in the master bedroom and the living room was a welcome relief during the hot summer days. Both beds, in the master and guest bedrooms, were comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated with many plants and is also highly practical. The kitchen is well-stocked and has a lot of appliances like a rice cooker. We loved the Japanese toilet. The central location made it convenient, with most destinations only 20 minutes away by car. Street parking was easier than we thought, and we generally found a spot within minutes. Trevor and Lizzy were great hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

Modern, clean, lots of natural light. Super comfy beds. Great for the family. Off street parking, quiet neighbourhood. Can’t fault anything. I have been coming to Seattle Capitol Hill area for 5 years regularly and this was one of the best in terms of location, space and comfort. Also reasonably priced. Feng was also a super host.

We booked Crystal's home for our family to celebrate a milestone birthday and it was the perfect home base for our group of 5! The space was cozy and comfortable - perfect for nights in to play board games and watch movies. It was also well located - walking distance to a couple of grocery stores and short walk away from good eats in Capitol Hill, Madison Valley, and Madrona! 5/5 would recommend!

The townhouse worked great for our stay. It’s always nice to have dog friendly spots that are also close to a park and other amenities. We were there to visit family at UW hospital and it was easy to get back and forth. Would definitely recommend to others needed to be near UW but not wanting to be in the middle of campus.

This rental was very cozy and clean in a wonderful location. The view from the roof deck is spectacular. Bedrooms are a little tight, but beds are comfy with heat/ac controls in each room. Water pressure for showers is solid. House was simple to find with clear instructions. Communication with the owner, Faizan was spectacular. He made it clear he was available but as not overwhelming in any way. Any needs such as towels, bedding, soap, shampoo, coffee were provided by the homeowner. Parking can be slightly tricky at night, but it’s honestly not a problem big enough to keep me away. I will not hesitate to stay at this wonderful home again. Thank you!!

Devin’s place was in a great location and exactly as described. We could walk to Central Cinema among other places. We stayed a week and had a great time.

Great Townhouse with fantastic views from the rooftop. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a 3 week stay while relocating for work. The instructions for how to find it and parking were accurate. If your car isn't compact with a tight turning radius, then park on the street (it's a very narrow driveway and can be a challenge getting in and out depending on how people park on the street). Don't leave anything valuable in your car. Close to downtown and easy to get to other parts of town from there. Great Stay. Eva and Sid were great hosts.
