Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Quartucciu

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's house! Alessandro sent us many great tips in advance and was always available. We were surprised with Sardinian delicacies upon our arrival. Check-in and out were straightforward. We were absolutely delighted with the location, view and amenities of the house. The house is 8 minutes walk to the beautiful beach - here too! Alessandro provided us with loungers and umbrellas, which is absolutely not self-evident. Shopping in the immediate vicinity if you need anything. We had a short time problem with the irrigation system, after a short contact with Alessandro, gardeners arrived 5 minutes later who fixed the whole thing. We were very, very happy and would come back anytime. We highly recommend the place to anyone! Thank you for this amazing time 🌞❤️

Marcello's house has allowed us to spend a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beauty of nearby beaches both on foot and by car. The house is functional, clean and the double amenities are very convenient for families. Within walking distance are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. Marcello's tips were a great help.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every night we had a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

If you go there you have to make a lot of decisions all the time. On which of the four lovely terasses are you sitting today, in which of the good restaurants in the neighborhood are you going to eat, where on the beautiful long beach are you going to sit? However everything will be great and you will have a wonderful holiday here!

We had 12 beautiful days in the beginning to mid-October. The temperatures were between 22 and 27 degrees. Perfect to use the pool and surrounding beaches extensively. The beach at the house is just a longer staircase and a few yards away. In about 3 minutes you will be there. The other beach is about 1.2 km away. Walking distance in about 15 minutes. There is also a restaurant and a supermarket with cheese and meat counter as well as bakery. We could buy the essentials there. A cheap Lidl can be reached in about 30-35 minutes and is worthwhile for bulk shopping.

It was nice apartment with the comfortable location: near supermarket and cafes. Cinzia is very helpful, always answered at the same moment if I asked something. Thank you one more time 🙏

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

We loved this apartment! Perfectly situated near the Marina district on a quiet narrow charming street and walkable to great restaurants. Handy supermarket a few minutes away. We ate breakfast every day on the deck! We had a few questions which Laurie and Nicola promptly responded to. We hope to be back in Sardinia one day!

We felt very comfortable! We found the property as described and equipped with a tidy base. There was coffee and tea and laundry detergent/dishwashing tablets as well as shampoo and sunscreen. Great quiet location close to the beach. We would highly recommend this house:-)

We stayed at Marwan's place for last two nights on Sardinia and I must say the terrace and it's view is unbelievable! 🤩. Marwan is great owner, very friendly and replying straight ahead. Also he let us stay for late checkout and that was good too. I can highly recommend to stay at his place.

We stayed here for three nights. The apartement is spotless and the location is brilliant. Suited for two pax. Ylania responded quickly and was very nice to communicate with. Recommended for shorter stays. If you plan to stay for longer, I would suggest a bigger apartment.

The welcome was very cordial. Rita is a great host. She was able to make it easy for us to access and respond to all our requests . We also thank her son who helped solve an IT issue. The place was immaculately clean and Rita even thought about including a bright Christmas tree when we arrived to put us in the FESTIVE atmosphere. In addition , she provided us with the documents to facilitate our outings and also the good restaurants around the apartment. There was nothing missing to make it easier for us to know:detergents,shampoo,soaps,ect. With plenty of bedding. Comfort was waiting for us . The only discordant point is that the chairs in the TV room would need significant improvements. Overall, you're in the presence of a home in a very classic style that's out of the ordinary. We strongly recommend this place after a sunny 21-day stay.

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.

It was lovely to stay at Davide’s place. A very special combination of a place that feels like home, yet very clean and guest friendly. It was perfectly equipped. Nearby Parking was super easy and the closest beach was nice and big. Thank you Davide for the coffee, your home and flexibility!
