Kim's house is beautiful as it is a traditional stilt house and has deep dark wooden posts and flooring. We loved being in her space as it was different to most other places we found in the area. Kim was super helpful and incredibly friendly. I'm very happy to recommend staying with Kim.

We spent 2 weeks here and are extremely satisfied with all aspects of our stay. The check in was very easy, the room was good sized and the king sized bed was amazing. The best sleep i have had in a long time. T The room was cleaned daily, including 2 free waters. The rotating breakfast menu was great. Both the food and service were great. I rarely eat breakfast, but I only missed it once as each breakfast included an array of fresh fruit, coffee, or hand pressed Orange Juice and other fresh juices. As mentioned, the menu changed and usually included a Western Breakfast, but also great Pho, other noodle dishes and crepes! There is the cutest dog in the lobby. In two weeks, i never saw him bark and he was one of the highlights of staying there as he brightened our day each time we saw him. There are plenty of restaurants around . I have zero negative comments, we totally enjoyed our stay. Thank You and we will be back!

This little retreat is perfect! The room was clean and as pictured as were the grounds and pool area. The front desk are so helpful; arranging laundry for us (good price) and purchasing special sunscreen for us and having it delivered (paid for by us). Two things to note, there’s probably a better scooter rental (we had to go through two crap scoots to finally get a decent one) and the breakfast is bland, you can find better options around.

I've stayed one month and i've been satisfied with everything ! The room is really inviting with the ambiance lights, the antique wooden furnitures, i prefer that than ''cheap modern'' hotel to be honest ! They cleaned my sheets and the entire room at least 4-5 times a week without any notice, they just did everything when i was out for a city or beach trip, so it was definitely a big pro ! The bathroom offer hot water for more than 3 minutes when i compare to some ''5 star'' hotel in other cities that i experienced. It is remote so you definitely need to consider renting a scooter, they offered me a rent for 3 millions VND for the entire month. The thing i didn't considered at first and you should be aware, yes it is remote but there's a lot of music during the day and sometimes at night from Coconut Boat buisness around. Hau has been quick to respond everytime i had a question on Airbnb and their family has been friendly with me all the time i've been there.

Wonderful oaisis in a quiet area of Hoi An, not far from city center / old town but in the rice paddies where one can walk or bike through the farms. Lovely house, very large suites with everything one might need. We kept saying, wow, this place is so well-thought-out! With music players, chargers, day beds, good drinks selection, long list of activity ideas, and excellent staff who made us great breakfasts. We are planning to return again but next time stay a week to relax more thoroughly.

this place was absolutely amazing! nice clean room, the bathroom was big and the shower was very nice and had good water pressure! it has comfy beds aswell. the pool area is very nice and has lots of floral decorations around the homestay! would definitely recommend!

Great stay! The floating afternoon tea and snack caddy in the pool was a nice touch!

Nhân was the perfect host, she helped us to really experience Hoi An and enjoy it as much as possible by giving us lots of tips. Definitely recommended!

Thuy’s place is charming, lovingly decorated and full of character. Location is quiet and private. I had a comfortable 4 days stay in villa B, felt like a home away from home. Walkable to Hoi An old town and surroundings without need to take a grab ride, with many eateries/delis and minimarts nearby. Thuy was always responsive and proactive - I had an unexpected issue during my stay and it was resolved quickly by her staff. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place! 🫶🏼

Location was good but a far walk into Old town. You can get a scooter in for cheap but I often walked which was an hour. Staff were great - Ne at front desk and so sorry, I forget his name but the French Canadian :)

This place is extremely worth the money. A lot of restaurants, spa, coffee shops,… in walking distance and just 3 minutes to the beach. I stayed in a room with big window and high floor. Staff is really amazing, good communication and recommended me many tours. I will stay here again if back to Danang city. Thanks Jolia hotel for all !!

Highlight of our stays in Vietnam. The host was kind and very helpful, letting us switch rooms after the first night when we noticed geckos and moths. The second room was perfect

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Peter’s place! It is a bit of a walk from the old town but was still very easy to get around and walkable. Our room was clean and looked like the photos and Peter was very welcoming

The host and her family were wonderful. From the moment we booked they helped with all our arrangements - such as transport from the airport, tours, storing luggage etc. Also, when we requested extra coat hangers and a blanket they were provided very quickly. We also got a lovely welcome drink on arrival. The villa itself is spacious and the beds comfortable. It could do with a few small adjustments (such as hooks in the bathroom, light bulbs replaced) but nothing to really complain about. There’s not much in the immediate area but you can walk 10/15 minutes to local cafes. (Old Town is a quick Grab ride away.) Building work is happening nearby but didn’t start too early so didn’t bother us too much. All up a very lovely stay.

Our stay here was amazing. They arranged a car for us to pick us up and bring to the accommodation and also to the train station in Da Nang. We could use the bicycle for free and rented scooters. The people were super friendly and helpful. The accommodation looks exactly as the photos. I would totally recommend staying there!

My stay here was lovely. They were so kind to me. I ended up arriving way too early due to miscalculation of bus times with some changes due to tet (totally my fault) and they were extremely accommodating. The place is really nice and clean and room was lovely. I really appreciated the use of the bicycles. This was nice because the location is near both the old town and the beach so you can take the bike through the rice fields which is very beautiful. They also helped me arrange my transportation to my next location. Thank you Hao Anh :)
