I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location. It was quick and easy to get to the tourist attractions in district 1. Also some great restaurants in the area. Im a bit of a clean freak and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend.

With this price, it's not possible anywhere in the world. A big city river view that can only be tasted in Ho Chi Minh City. Clean room condition. Recommended.

I'm so glad that we found this apartment. At the end of a long holiday travelling around Vietnam, it was great to spend a few days here and have the oasis of calm of a beautifully appointed apartment with pool on the roof that took you away from the craziness of Saigon. This apartment is right at the centre of things - only a couple of minutes away from the backpackers district "walking street" and the Ben Than market, and about 12 minutes from the biggest shopping centres, with loads of places to eat and shop in-between. The apartment looked basically exactly like the pictures. It was great to have 2 bathrooms and bedrooms giving us all a bit of space to relax. Daisy was really responsive as well and helped us organise taxis to airport etc.

Christine’s place is very clean and much much better than my expectations! Also, she’s very responsive and even free tips on where to eat around the area. As always, this area is excellent location, near to all amenities! Will definitely book her place again for my next visit.

I found the place to be in a great location, and she was very responsive to any questions I had. No problems at all. Very convenient fingerprint entry and key code on the door. Made no keys very convenient. Excellent central location in Binh Thanh District, HCMC. I would stay again!

This was our second stay that we spent at Duc's place and it was for 6 nights. We were just as happy with the apartment as the first time. The fact that it is in a cul-de-sac is a huge benefit. Being on the ground floor also is a plus. For the two of us it was quite spacious and having a second toilet is a plus. The main road at the end of our alley has a night market on a Friday and Saturday where they stop traffic for a portion of the road which is very nice. Everything worked especially the aircons which is a must. Duc is very responsive to emails and we had no problems. We would definately stay here again on our next visit to Ho Chi Ming.

I’ve been traveling to Ho Chi Minh City for business for about 10 years now, staying in countless Airbnbs across various price ranges and locations. Without a doubt, Kim's House is the best value Airbnb I’ve ever come across in the city. Kim, the host, is by far the most proactive and helpful host I’ve met. No matter what question or request I had, she immediately responded with a 'yes' and a solution. It never felt like she was just running an Airbnb for income – it genuinely seemed like her priority was making sure her guests were comfortable. If you're looking for a place in Ho Chi Minh City with a reliable, caring host, I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Phuong, Thao, and Quynh are amazing hosts. They are responsive and friendly. The place is right at the most convenient locations in Thao Dien. At only 10 mins away from District 1 center, you can also find everything you need with 2-3 blocks from the location. 100% more quiet than any place in District 1, if you need it. The internet is fast at 70Mbps and it's more than sufficient for a 50 persons Zoom call with no lag. The bathroom is clean. The cleaning lady cleans the place twice a week so the room is usually always clean. No mold and barely any dust. Highly recommended to stay here.

It was a little scratched, but the room was agreeable.

Thao was very responsive to needs and maintenance of property. Location is near Landmark 81 and local hidden bar street which is walkable, lots of hip trendy bars, food and live music. Convenience stores nearby within a block as well as local banh mi and Pho.

Oánh is a very kind gentleman. We had a nice conversation the day I arrived and he was more than willing to help out with anything I needed during my stay. I also highly recommend Saigon Pearl/his apartment in particular. I stayed at The Manor (big complex just across the street) the previous week and Oánh's place was wayyyy nicer!
