The Sheep’s Meadow Cottage was beautiful and quaint and inside it was modern and spotless. The retro microwave and refrigerator was a nice touch. Though we did not take advantage of them, there were snacks and soda in the fridge. We stayed during winter so it was a bit cold to socialize with the animals, which were so quiet you wouldn’t know they were there.

Great location! Clean and great for our dogs with the fenced yard.

Carol was sweet and very accommodating. My family and fur babies loved it there. We will definitely be back.

This place was perfect for my friend and I who were participating in a weekend retreat at the Appalachian Center for Craft - which was only 15 minutes away. Perfect location! The Fayette Cottage was super clean and cozy, the beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Laurel was great to work with and was super friendly! We didn't have kids with us, but Laurel has thought of everything to make it a safe, easy place to bring a young child - there was a highchair and pack'n'play, and all of the electrical outlets had safety covers on them.

We loved Brittany’s place. Dog friendly with fenced in large yard across from driveway. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. We arrived an hour early but Brittany allowed an early check in. Price very reasonable. We could only stay one night and it was raining out. Would’ve loved to be there in the sunshine! Highly recommend for dog Parents.

We had an amazing time with our family and friends before they head back to college/work. Our boat is at Hurricane Marina and the drive there was less than 15 minutes- which was very nice! We enjoyed playing pool and games. House had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this place and Michelle was super responsive! Thank you for sharing!

We had a wonderful night at Jane's. The directions were clear and we had no trouble finding our way to the house. The room was warm and clean, and the indoor pool was a fun way to spend a rainy evening. It's definitely a comfortable stay near a lot of great hiking destinations. And pet friendly!

I enjoyed my stay and booked another for later. The bed was comfy and I felt like I was in a safe area. I had my own parking space. It was very clean inside. I would recommend!

Loved our stay! The pictures are spot on. What you see is what you get and we plan to stay again when we’re in town. Detailed instructions for check-in/out process made everything super smooth! The pillows were my absolute favorite!

We absolutely loved staying at Dennis’s place! From the peaceful setting to the tremendous views from the deck, everything was fantastic. The house was well-stocked with everything you would need. The proximity to great hiking spots was something we very much enjoyed. Dennis could not have been more responsive and we look forward to staying here again!

Ammon’s place is gorgeous, comfortable and peaceful. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to visit again sometime!

I highly recommend The Cookeville Cottage. It is very clean and nicely decorated. Nice attention to detail. Laurie is an amazing host, responds quickly, and is very knowledgeable about the Cookeville and Nashville area. We hope to stay again!

House was great. The only drawback was the last 2 miles of drive in. The road / driveway is not paved and not well maintained. SUV is good but if you went with a low car or sport car you would have issues. If it happens to snow you will need AWD to get up the hill in the last 2 miles.

Stacey’s place was clean and comfortable. I felt like I was at a relative’s house! The kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast for our large family and a gated yard for our dog. We were gone during the day since we were in town visiting family, but we were happy to get back at night and have comfy place to relax and sleep. Great stay for a family. 🏔️

From start to finish Alexa was so helpful, friendly and walked us through everything. The cozy cottage was so adorable and looked just like the pictures. I would definitely book again when I go back to Cookeville, TN.

Our stay was superb! Surrounded by nature and hearing nothing but birds and crickets and the leaves blowing on the trees that surrounded the house was exactly what we needed. I cried for a couple hours I have to admit when I left. I wouldn't change a thing everything was wonderful and perfect peace that's what you get here!

My daughter got married at The Monach, so it was very convenient to stay at the house for the weekend. It was nice and roomy for us to come and go. The side walk in the front was a little tricky due to it not being even and concrete breaking.

Convent location and comfortable stay. Host was great to work with, happy to stay here again.
