You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. From November to about the beginning of April there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the landscape protection area.
