we had a really lovely stay, location was perfect easy walking distance to all amenities, host was available if needed, would recommend and if I was in the area I would definitely use phils home again. thankyou for a lovely stay, for the coffee milk tea and sugar. was a real nice touch after a 5 hour drive.

An amazing stay! Easy check in, felt really comfortable and cosy. David and Pamela are so helpful and friendly. Tonnes to do in Weymouth; we'll be returning to P&D's - definitely not just because of David's scrumptious homemade bread rolls and Pamela's delicious mulled wine! would recommend :) / have already recommended

Had a one night stay in January, such a shame that we could only do one night, the accommodation was spotlessly clean, warm, with stunning views and the hosts were super friendly, and responsive to messages. I would highly recommend staying here, and would like to thank the hosts for a lovely, relaxing stay

good location for pubs, restaurants and boat trips. good bathroom, comfy bed and sofa. Quite warm at night and the area was noisy with the windows open but overall enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely comfortable flat. There was adequate heating, being there in December, plenty hot water, comfortable lounge, lovely and light with large bay window. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped enabling me to prepare all my meals. The flat was spotlessly clean. It's in a very good location, only a few minutes walk into the town centre and the beach; bit of a hill to climb on the way back, but quite manageable. I used it as a base for walking , going to Studland Bay beach, Durlston Country Park and the hosts gave me directions to get onto The Priest Way to the very well known Square and Compass Pub. Kevin and his wife were very friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. Additionally they accommodated an earlier check in for me, which was really helpful. I had a lovely stay.

We stayed at Crin's over Xmas whilst visiting relatives nearby and it was exactly what we needed. Communication was great with Crin, she was warm and welcoming. The property was great for a walk around with our 4 year old to burn off some energy.

Great location. The apartment was easily accessible, well equipped with everything necessary for self sustaining living, clean and cosy. Exactly like in the pictures. Rowena is a very responsive and helpful host. Definitely recommend.

This apartment is amazing and you will love your stay -here are some tips that might help 😊 At the apartment: 🪟The rooms have blinds behind the curtains -useful for kids. 🧯Incense or sage burning must use the bowl on top of the fireplace (obvious safety) & by opening the patio doors or the fire alarm will activate. The living room sensor deactivates by pushing the central button with the long stick by the entrance. The hallway’s one stops if aired with a cushion & by opening the bathroom window (air flow). 👩‍🍳When cooking, opening the kitchen window avoids the above. 🕉️ Mediate in the patio -it’s a truly magical place. In town: 🛒Co-op on the high street is convenient but expensive. However, if you leave the apartment and turn right into St Mary’s Walk, there’s a large Morrisons. 🥩If you turn left, the butchers next to the Crown pub has amazing meat at great £ Must visit: 🛐St Magdalene’s chapel 💞White Spring Temple (Yang) ☯️Challice Well (Ying) May your stay be as blessed a ours was! 🙏🏼

We stayed at Elizabeth’s for a few days when visiting family nearby. It was perfect for our purpose and we found Elizabeth very friendly and accommodating. Our granddaughter particularly enjoyed the trampoline!

Really nice place and flat was clean with everything needed for my stay. Just booked for another week! I was happy with location, which was short journey to work and parking was right outside the front.

Beautifully clean place to stay. Very well done and we had a great break in Swanage. Brilliant walks and coastline. Always found a space with the on street parking. Would highly recommend!

This is a fantastic little flat right in the heart of town—perfect for solo travellers or couples. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Jillian was an excellent host; when there was an issue with one of the kitchen appliances, she resolved it immediately. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Jessica was extremely helpful and gave great instructions. The apartment had everything we needed. Great location. Had a very enjoyable stay. The only slight downfall was it was a little noisy in front bedroom at closing time at the pub opposite.

Lovely flat in a perfect location. Everything was exactly as describe and looked more spacious in real life. Very comfy bed and lovely towels. We particularly liked the balcony. Will definitely be booking again. Thanks.

This was a spontaneous trip with my boyfriend for our 10 year anniversary! Let’s just say, it did not disappoint! The bath was a lovely touch. Didn’t use hot tub but it was all turned on ready (easy to turn off) and the heater was turned on in the property - making a welcoming entrance. Such a great concept, we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 10 days from the US to attend a wedding. The flat allowed plenty of space for my family of 4 for the duration. It was nice to have a kitchen and be a short walk from 2 grocery stores. The town is beautiful, and people were so friendly. Staff at the Crooked Swan were a dream. We got to know several of them during our visit. A few recommendations: House instructions would be ideal. The WiFi network and password wasn’t posted, so we had to email the Swan, and it took a bit to get it sorted. It took us a few days to figure out how to open up the large ceiling windows throughout. There’s a pole in the primary bedroom to do it, but we didn’t realize what it was right away. It was very hot when we arrived, so that would have been helpful to know at check-in. It also would be great to have a large broom or vacuum, as the floors got quite dusty over our long stay. Overall, we loved it. I certainly recommend to others, especially families.

Pamela’s place is really cosy, was great to have the hot tub, and we had everything we needed for cooking dinners etc! We had all the essentials waiting for us when we arrived- including tea bags, milk and cake!! Massively appreciated, especially after a long drive. Would definitely visit again :)

After being let down on New Years Eve by someone else we booked Jonathan's place with less than 24 hours notice. He was extremely helpful and really flexible. We checked in early and also had a late check out at no extra cost. The apartment is clean, and big with care and attention to the decor. The hot tub was excellent. Jonathan was really responsive to a few questions we had and it made a real difference to have the personal touch instead of a faceless booking agent. The location is superb, shops one way and beach the other. We will most definitely be back.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment which we would really like to keep a secret! We didn’t want to leave the it whilst we were there let alone go home after three nights – Normally we are happy to go home. It is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in And we have travelled all over the world . We really liked the eclectic variety of books, artefact’s and the hot tub was a real bonus. We thought seriously about buying it as It is on the market. It is close to the west cliff walk which we did. The bedding was very comfortable and the pillow mist was a lovely touch. We’d love to return someday. We watched the Sun go down and the stars come out from the hot tub and balcony. Thanks for sharing this wonderful space.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The beds were so comfy (and I am super picky about this). The location was great, we had such a great stay, my daughter did not want to leave.

I wish all Air BNBs were as clean, pristine and had such lovely home from home touches. Fantastic hosts, loved the hot tub. Great for 1 or 2 people. Tesco Express, pharmacy, Lidl abd a few local shops within close driving distance. Quiet area, occasional planes from Bournemouth Airport. Looking forward to staying with them again. Ty.
