Beautiful, serene location - being able to access a car made everything on the island so accessible and convenient. We had a lovely stay - thank you!

Best Airbnb either of us have ever stayed in, in our extensive travels. We are still in disbelief of this home. If you have the chance to stay, do it. We had hesitated to book because there’s so much to do along the South Island, but now we know that this home is worth making the special visit. We will not be forgetting the serenity and beauty of Fallow Ridge: the uninterrupted panoramic view of sheep-dotted mountainside, the warm bath overlooking the sunset, the beautiful fog rolling in and out around the house. We walked along the road and down to the river and never actually went back down into town in our two nights because the property was just too awesome to leave; we recommend you arrive with some groceries as we did, in case you feel the same! The thoughtful details from our hosts made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were glad to meet David out on a walk and we regret to have not met Sarah, who we wish to also sincerely thank for such a lovely stay!

Sandra and Andrea were so easy to deal with and we really appreciated the flexibility around taking days in between to do the Rakiura track as well as picking us up early when we changed to an earlier ferry. Gave lots of information about the area Was great to have the use of the car.

This home in Dunedin was a beautiful place for our one night stay. The renovation was beautifully done and the home was spacious with many little extras included eg; slippers for inside. Close to the beach and handy for all Dunedin sightseeing.

This is a very nice place! We had a nice quiet evening here after being in busy touristy areas for a while. It’s right on a beautiful beach that we enjoyed walking on. The space itself is very spacious and there are several big glass doors and windows which we loved for all of the natural light. Everything was spotless and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Really found this wonderful place a perfect match for our needs. Very well appointed and it was warm and cosy. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to all. Also the local restaurant Ziffs had great food and a friendly service. Golf club 3 mins a2ay. What more can you ask for.

The house suited us perfectly, our only challenge was to find shady spots for sitting in the garden! Wonderful to have such a big covered deck but it was too hot out there so we ate at the kitchen bench. Had a wonderful stay - thank you.

Very nice, clean place with updated amenities and nice seating area on back patio. Parking was easy and Jenny explained things very well and was a a great communicator. Only stayed 2 nights and gladly would have stayed longer as it was so nice.
