Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Punta Uva

The accommodation is very nice and quiet. It's actually as described. The place is relaxed, without noise and is very safe, away from the road to rest, although very easy to access just 100 meters from the main road. Super recommended. In my case, we went as a family and everything was perfect.

Great location, beautiful house! The walls do have open ceilings so if you dont like critters, I don’t suggest. Nonetheless, experienced no mosquitos. Fans provided were perfect because it does get very hot inside the bedrooms. Celular connection and service is wonky, it’s hit or miss. Msg host earlier in advance. If you love animals and the outdoors, this place was absolutely beautiful.

Would recommend to anyone looking to get away from the city life.

The place is beautiful and very lovingly decorated. It is located in the middle of the countryside with great views of nature. We could watch the sloths and monkeys from the terrace. It is quiet, safe and all destinations in Puerto Viejo are easily accessible. The apartment is well divided, very clean and there is everything you need. If you have any questions, there is also a very nice contact person on site. Highlight of the apartment is the beautiful terrace and the practical kitchen. We felt very comfortable all around, it was like coming home. We highly recommend the place for a nice stay in Puerto Viejo and will definitely come back. Thanks so much for the nice week!

We loved our time here. Jessica, mile and Maia are all fun, lovely and helpful. The space is clean, cozy, and accommodating with modern flares including a projector and screen if you’ve worn your self out in nature and just want to veg out. The hosts had great recommendations on things to do in the area and the location is perfect for relaxing or a short drive to a busier atmosphere. Mike runs a tour service too so you can easily book directly with him while there. When we head back to this area we will definitely stay here again! We feel we found friends, along with a perfect home away from home.

A place just amazing. An absolutely magical room perched in the middle of the jungle! The evenings in front of this huge jungle open space are unique. It has everything you need. Absolutely perfect for resting and dreaming. Manzanillo is rather a dead village so not really festive. The beach, 2 small grocery stores and a few restaurants are a 10 minute walk away. The bus passes at 50m and takes you in 10 minutes to the beautiful local beaches and 20 minutes to puerto viejo, there are 6 per day. On site Andrea recommended Sherman for a great boat ride and Tino as a guide to the reserve. Go there without a second thought, they're great.

My family and I really liked this home. Spacious for 4 people, had all the things we needed, accessible to Cahuita Centro, and more. will definitely book this when we fund ourselves back here.

I cannot say enough about this place. It is beautiful, comfortable, clean, close to the beach, and close to the town. Actually, the beach is steps away, less than a 1-minute walk. And it is an incredible beach, more serene and more beautiful than the others we went to. The interior design of the house is super-cool, and the home is equipped with all the amenities anyone could possibly want. (Towels by Kenneth Cole, appliances by Frigidaire. Everything is really nice.) Outside there is a beautiful big lawn with many impressive tropical trees. It is a great place - comfortable, relaxing and beautiful. I highly recommend it. Maythemi is wonderful - attentive, friendly, and welcoming.

A nice house, well laid out with the patio/dining area overlooking the back yard. Big kitchen for preparing meals and has everything you need, but could use a microwave oven for quick heating. Lots of available parking, especially since we a had a large vehicle. We would definitely stay here again. Pura Vida!

We loved our stay at Punta Juancito. It was a both unique and comfortable. It was unique in that the common areas are all outdoors/open air (but secure). It was comfortable in that all three bedrooms had A/C. For a jungle/beach location, there were surprisingly few bugs. This was our third stay in the Punta Uva area. One thing to be prepared for is crowded conditions on the weekends (it's become much more popular than it was during out first two visits) - there were a couple occasions on Saturday and Sunday where we had to wait a bit to be able to navigate the slightly larger than one-land road that leads to the rental due to two-way traffic. However, it's a small price to pay for a perfect location.

Awesome place. Exactly as per the announcement, very close to the beach and with a lush nature in the backyard itself. Town hall makes you want to stay at home, enjoying yourself.

This has been one of the nicest homes we have been too. The pictures didn’t do it justice and when we got into the property we fell in love with the space. The privacy is awesome and the rooms were better than we expected. The place was extremely well kept and very clean when we arrived. I hope we are able to visit again very soon and for more time because the home was perfect for the family. My kids enjoyed the pool and being able to connect their video games in the living room before bed. All the amazing Caribbean beaches are close and being close to puerto viejo is great but you’re still far enough away to get some quietness. Highly recommended!!

This is an awesome place to stay, rest and/or work. It feels and is a peaceful and quiet place where you will enjoy your vacation, the pool is very familiar, you can see the ocean from the balcony, and it is a fact that you will see very relaxed iguanas taking the sun <3. Dalma was very friendly and responsive... I'd love to be back again!

Lovely place. The landscaping is extraordinary and it was so beautiful we spent several days just staying at the house. The hotel next-door was a bonus as it had a bar restaurant where we could order drinks and food and have them delivered to the beach. the beach was empty, but you could walk a mile and either direction to go to a busier beach with beach bars and restaurants. Had a bit of an issue with the pool at one point, but Utopía Caribe, the property manager, was very attentive and remedied the problem to our satisfaction. If you're going to the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, rent this house.

Everything was as described except we didn’t realise it’s part of a block with shared walls - it’s not secluded which made the three seperate rooms design more awkward. There are better deals to be had in the area if you value tranquility over a modern build.
