Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Punta Santiago

Our stay at Carlos' apartment was a dream! A short walk to beautiful beaches, many local restaurants and shopping. We ended up booking this stay last minute after a disappointing check in at another local Airbnb and Carlos accommodated us quickly and made sure our family was comfortable and safe. He gave amazing recommendations for the beach- your stay is not complete without a trip to Monserrate beach- it has all the amenities you need and is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast at Coffee Therapy just a short walk away. The kiosks are another must see for shopping and food. The apartment itself was spotless with plenty of extras to make cooking a breeze and beach supplies to make your beach days even better! I cannot thank Carlos enough for saving our vacation, we cannot wait to come back and stay again! If you are traveling with kids, this is the place for you!

Yachira was amazing! She was very sweet and attentive. I had a group of 15 staying there , we had a great time. Beautiful and quiet area. I recommend!!!

Great spot in a fantastic location across the street from the beach. Many stores, bars, restaurants within a block or two. Right across the street from the Marriott (check out those nightly prices). Large private pool and friendly staff. Juan was very helpful during the NYE blackout that hit the island. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The apartment was a bit tight for 4 of us, but we appreciated the trundle bed for the 4th person (ideal for kids), but you can't beat this location and we're barely in the apt so would definitely stay here again! There's a small kitchenette with stove top and pots/pans if needed, microwave and large fridge. Great AC and wifi! Location on Ashford across from Marriott does not get more central than this for Condado, loved it! Xavier was very quick to respond to any of our queries! Thanks for hosting us!

This was my second stay at Raisa’s place. I was here for New Years Eve when Puerto Rico had the power outage. Raisas property was the only property on our street that still had power because of the generator. The fridge was stocked with waters and cokes and the overall cleanliness of the home exceeded my expectations.

We loved our week at Jessi’s apartment! It’s a beautiful space with lots of thought in the details (coffee making options, optional yoga, etc). Everything was super smooth and Jessi even helped us with a great list of parking options. My only note is that the bedroom away from the street has a beautiful arch window above the door but allows a bright red emergency safety light to shine on your face, so recommend an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light. I found it pretty bearable though! I would definitely return! Thanks Jessi!

Great spot to stay in. My friends and I (all girls) felt safe around the area. Host called to check up on us and is something I very much appreciate! There’s some stores around the Airbnb which was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

If you’re visiting Puerto Rico and looking to stay out of San Juan (to get more of the beautiful island taste) this is the Airbnb for you! This Airbnb was super clean and very much family friendly! This home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. We loved that the set up made us feel right at home and had all necessities to make us feel very welcomed. And the host was top tier too attentive hospitality! The town this Airbnb is located provides many family friendly things to do from the pier in arroyo to the beach in Guyama without an overwhelming crowd! And for adult night, there is many cute little bars! Last thing, They have a great set up that keeps the house very much cool for the heat in Puerto Rico! Definitely recommend and would definitely book again!

The location is great for those that want to be near San Juan and general Metropolitan area. We went for a destination wedding planning trip to meet with vendors and this location was convenient due to the proximity to many of our appointments. Most travels were 10-20 minutes away.

Alex & Diana’s place is perfectly center , the placita is 7mins away , highway accessible , beach near by & so much more ! Clean , spacious , beds are SOOOOO comfortable . Nice neighborhood & the local neighbors are friendly as well . I received my check in instructions bright & early the day of my arrival . Host responded in a timely manner & were very nice . We loved our stay & plan to be back 🙏🏽

Great for commute to east side locations but not much to do in area specific to home. Would recommend for privacy & neighbors were friendly!

Excellent private, and quite location with a beautiful view of the ocean. House was very modern and well kept. Nivram & Ginaliz gave great recommendations for our wedding venue that turned out to be one that we chose. Remember....if you go to the nearest Walmart, you have to pay for bags.

This was our fourth time staying at Damaris' guest house. We are already planning to return next year and will be staying at Damaris' guest house again. We highly recommend Damaris'. Great price, great location.

Great location, amazing responsiveness from hosts, as well as they give you tons of recommendations for things to do locally. Being right in the marina is great for booking things to do. Highly recommend the Okeah restaurant nearby, highest quality kitchen on the block.

Diane and Luis were incredibly responsive making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They went above and beyond when our other place canceled on us last minute. Beds were comfy, place was clean, plenty of towels. Beautiful views. We will stay here again for sure!

This was great and as described. Easy walk over to Wyndham restaurants and great access to pools/ hot tub. It was well equipped with beach chairs and towels and kitchen items. We never saw chairs preset on the beach, but just used the ones provided in the apartment. Would totally stay again!

An amazing apartment within steps from the beach, what more could you ask for? Jose was a great host, very responsive and friendly. This Airbnb was perfect for those who want to be close to the beach and all the fun restaurants along Ashford, while still being in a quiet building! I would definitely stay here again. As a bonus the air conditioning worked great!
