Holiday houses in Punta Sam

Hands down, the best stay we’ve had on Isla. It’s important to me that a host is reachable and responsive, and Marco exceeded those expectations from start to finish. He also accommodated a last-minute change to our arrival date, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The penthouse was magical, and the rooftop views were spectacular. Plenty of space and endless amenities. Filtered, cold water was hugely appreciated. Highly recommend reserving a golf cart through Marco - it will be waiting for you at the residence when you arrive. Be sure to visit La Negrita, right down the road, for the best Al Pastor tacos you’ll ever taste. The neighbor’s dog can be a little vocal at night, so we just drowned it out with white noise. We will most definitely stay here again.

Perfectly located and close to everything yet still very quiet at night. Easy to walk to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Would use Mundaca again, great communication! Would definitely stay here again.

Shar has a beautiful quiet spot, exactly as described. It's a short walk to the beach and the Beach Club. Beautiful beaches and Caribbean waters. Always felt safe and never worried about my wife walking the beaches alone. The Beach Club is the only restaurant available and we loved it. Easy Uber to many other great restaurants.

The stay was pleasant as being at home, don Eduardo was always attentive to the inquiries we had.

The place was amazing! It was exactly as pictured and the best location within the complex. Very close to the beach club and beach! I would recommend renting a car. There is only one restaurant within walking distance and cabs are extremely expensive. The other restaurants near by aren’t open to the public. Liliana provided the information of a private chef and it was more economical than cost of transportation and the cost of nearby restaurants. The chef she recommended was great! It was extremely hard to get in with the concierge as they had weird hours due to the holidays. We were not able to use the facilities for about 24 hrs because the concierge was not available to get our face id set up. I would recommend not arriving on a holiday.

Locatio, Location, Location! Perfect Property for our groups stay on Isla Mujeres! We were so lucky to be waking up to that Beautiful Ocean view everyday! The condo has a lovely and well appointed interior. And such a great perk to have someone stop in to tiddy up each day as well. The Condo is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping and so much more! Malka and her Team, Ilsa and Marco, were wonderful to work with. Everyone was extremely responsive and helpful in scheduling our transportation and excursion needs. We all had the best stay and look forward to a return visit! Thank you again!

Clara’s Airbnb in Cancun was an incredible experience! The house is located in a very safe area, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The space was large and beautifully designed, with a touch of nature that made it feel warm and inviting. The rooms were incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort and privacy. Clara was an exceptional host—always responsive and in touch to make sure we were doing okay. Her attentiveness really made a difference. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs in Cancun, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay!

It is a highly recommended apartment, very clean and cozy. The lake is spectacular, the apartment has an amazing view... we would definitely come back.
