Holiday rentals with a patio in Punta Cana Village

I booked this Airbnb last minute for a quick getaway with friends, and it was definitely worth it! The complex itself is beautiful, and the area, while still developing, seems like a great place to watch out for if you’re interested in investing. The location was perfect—within walking distance to entertainment spots, a mall, Jumbo supermarket, a gas station, KFC, and more. It was super convenient, and honestly, I’m glad I didn’t rent a car. Ubers were affordable and way easier for getting around. The host was responsive, and check-in was a breeze. Our experience was smooth from start to finish. A special shoutout to Gabriel, the security guard, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He gave us great recommendations and made us feel really welcome. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was very good, the house was very clean and beautiful, the host was very responsive, very secure residencial and quiet, the house has everything you need. I would definitely return.

This property was absolutely amazing, l spent 6 days here and enjoyed every one of them. Jasmin was a charm from the moment l booked the airbnb, got to the location and while l was there. She responded back as quick as she could to handle anything l asked her about. Definitely book this location if you’re looking for a peaceful place with vacation vibes. Catherine was a great host. Very proactive with driving video instructions on how to get to the property. This villa was perfect for our family of 5. The private pool was amazing. Showers were great. Kitchen had coffee and other items stocked. Just twelve minutes from punta cana airport. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. The Airbnb was spacious. We liked having beyond the basic cooking utensils, two bathrooms, a nice balcony, and plenty of beach towels. The residents/guests at Palm Suites were quiet, and the security guard brought us water when we needed more.

Calin's apartment is very close to the beaches. It's a very spacious apartment, with an equipped kitchen and a very clean pool. They left us a bottle of water that was really helpful. We used the electricity in a controlled way and when we left we didn't have to pay extra. They were very flexible with the check-out times.

I loved staying at this Air BnB! I felt super comfortable, it has everything you need, the apartment had some renovations so it looks more modern than in the photos, the staff who work in the complex are all very friendly. The complex is super nice, quiet, there are restaurants nearby and mini markets for shopping. Many thanks to William for his hospitality, I also helped organize the services of the airport to the apartment and from Punta Cana to Bayahibe.

I had another fantastic stay at this property! Just like the previous one, it was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable.
