Israel is a fantastic host and was always open to collaborating with us. The location is just as beautiful as it appears in pictures; it's clean and comfortable. However, keep in mind that it's a residential neighborhood, so there are no tourist attractions nearby. I will definitely stay there again.

Loyma and Chris were the BEST hosts throughout our trip in Punta Cana!! Not only was the Airbnb modern, updated, and clean it was also equipped with everything we needed during our stay. They were kind enough to help with all sorts of restaurant, entertainment and excursion recommendations. We were even able to rent a car from them which made the entire pick up and drop off process simple and convenient! Lastly, their restaurant, Ventanas, was fantastic! It’s close to the property, the menu had a great range of options and the food was delicious! So fresh! Not to mention the market next door has 24 hour delivery to the Airbnb just in case you need anything! They created a welcoming experience, when we arrived to their restaurant? They made sure their staff took good care of us. Thank you for taking the time to make sure our stay was great!

Nice place to stay at, couple minutes walking to the casino where they have restaurants and the beach club to get around you’ll need a taxi tho. Everyone was very friendly.

Apartment in a gated and well secured residence. Two well-maintained pools available for the residence. View of one of the two pools from the balcony. Beach access on foot from the residence. Sunbeds available and nice beach bar. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Baby kit available if needed (crib, toys, etc.). Host is responsive. We recommend this apartment.

This is my fourth visit to Punta Cana in one year but my first stay in this unit. I would definitely return. The views from the balcony were amazing. The Florisel team was very responsive and provided extra items as requested (ex. Ice trays). The unit is very large and had all of the necessary items - beach towels, blender, pans, salt, etc. Beach chairs are provided, but it’s also next-door to one of my favorite beach clubs, Soles. A car is not needed because bars, restaurants, and grocery stores are in walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

Worth the price my family had a great time

I enjoyed myself. Loved everything about the experience. The property was exactly as described. The host was very responsive. If I’m ever in the area, I know where I’m booking again. Host even went above and beyond. Thanks again for everything !

Gyna was very good to my family… we booked literally while in the airport about to connect to Punta Cana as our previous accommodations we found to be fraud… No worry because Gyna let us book and communicated the whole time while trying to prepare the place for us.. she allowed us to check in as we got their and offered us a late checkout the next day which was perfect. The property was very secure and quick Uber responses.. she also helped my find a private beach as I wanted to get away from my daughter and her partying college friends celebrating her 21st birthday. I will book again

This space was exactly what we imagined it to be. Everything was clean and organized and we felt safe in the area. It is a bit further from the beaches but Ubers are very affordable. It is also close to a supermarket which is convenient. Overall lovely stay.

The place was outstanding and the pool was the icing to the cake, the water fall that comes from the pool was very therapeutic early morning, the room were bigger and the lay out was beautiful. Thank you Gabriel. Can’t wait to come again

The apartment was very private, clean, beautiful but most of all very quiet. It was easy to walk to the beach and to walk around I felt very safe walking on the streets day and night The apartment looks just as it did in the photos. The host was very friendly and was always accessible.If I needed anything or have any questionsI definitely would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing Vacation.I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10 and I will definitely be returning

Great Apartment ! Very clean , quiet , spacious , well stocked kitchen , comfortable beds and nice showers (hot water)... Nice furniture and really relaxing . The covered balcony was my favorite area !! I spent my mornings and evenings on this balcony--WOW !! Truly relaxing and peaceful , so nice to have breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful palm tress ....The pool at the complex was wonderful and clean. Short walk (3 min) to many cafe's / bars / rest. The host was quick to respond and very helpful if needed. Check in / out was easy with no problems. Property has security and I always felt "safe" while being on the property.

Leah's place was absolutely perfect! Our favorite highlight was THE VIEW! 🤩 Highly recommend! Everything was comfortable, secure, homey, and really fantastic! The patio made us feel pampered! We were so grateful for everything!

the apartment is brand new broken, top amenities. Fernelis was available very quickly and efficiently for every question. The residence is great with very nice neighbors, a beautiful pool as well as plenty of space for fun. i had an excellent stay, I recommend this apartment, thank you very much to Fernelis for his kindness and professionalism.

We just returned home from a lovely 10 nights stay at The Beach City Place. What a beautiful accommodation, from the entire living space to the balcony & views. The property was quite spacious for two, with all the little extra bits to make it a home from home. The host Nelson was very good at communicating with us during our visit, which was very helpful. This is definitely an up & coming area to visit, very close in a taxi to the main strip which was only around £3 to £4. Overall I would definitely stay again & would recommend it to anyone. Juan was hands down the best host I’ve ever encountered. Always responsive and extremely professional. The area was amazing as well with the beach, restaurants, and bars all being 5mins away. Travelers will be fortunate to get Juan as a host.

I recently stayed at this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Punta Cana, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Located in a safe gated neighborhood, it was the perfect place for a solo traveler like me to unwind and enjoy some privacy while attending a birthday party. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning that was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved waking up to the peaceful view of a ravine from the master bedroom. The balcony added an extra touch of relaxation, offering views of the surrounding houses and apartments. Entertainment was top-notch, with a TV equipped with Netflix, YouTube, and other apps to keep me entertained during my downtime. The communal amenities, including a pool, sitting area, and basketball court, were great bonuses, though they’re just a short walk from the apartment. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended
