Beachfront holiday rental in Punaluu Beach

We stayed here on our way back to the east coast from three weeks traveling in Southeast Asia. Our second and my third trip to Hawaii. Shannon and Gabriel's place was a bright, clean, comfy place to rest, surrounded by a lovely garden area, a short walk to a beautiful beach, and a short drive to Kailua town with restaurants and stores. It was also convenient to the home of our Honolulu cousins so was an easy meeting place for us to explore Oahu's beautiful north shore with them - and away from the crowds in Waikiki. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the stay! Wonderful location and lots of essentials provided by the host to ensure guests have everything! Very clear instructions and the place is very close to restaurants and the beach!

We had a long flight and were having a hard time finding a store to get distilled water for my oxygen machine and were tired and frustrated at the problem with parking in the area and she actually walked to a store a purchased it for us. Also because I got sick at the end of our trip we were supposed to be out by 11 am but our flight wasn’t till 6pm so we wanted to just hang out at place and she actually offered us I night free if we needed it which I thought was wonderful we didn’t accept cause would have had to change flights but we didn’t leave till around 1:30 no charge she was a wonderful host

This was possibly my favorite Airbnb ever. Everything had a purpose but was also beautiful. Their attention to detail was unmatched.

Had a great time. Location was right in the mix of everything. Across from the zoo enjoyed the sounds coming from there.

This unit was a great place to stay! The view was amazing and the beach just out front was a bit less busy than the main Waikiki beaches and had sea turtles multiple mornings as we snorkled😊 The hotel its self was secure, clean, and quiet. Alexei had great communication and was accommodating to us. One thing to note is the street noise is quite loud through the studio sliding doors. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend ear plugs. But the location is so worth it!

My husband and I were very happy with the apartment and the location. There are stores and tons of restaurants nearby. It took us about 1 hour to drive to the north shore, and less than an hour for pretty much everything else. Vadym was also very friendly and always replied messages in a timely manner. Parking was the only tricky part as Waikiki is a busy area. We parked at the Hyatt for $45 /24hrs. The good thing is that we were able to park overnight and come in and out as we pleased. That's were we left our luggage after checking out of the apartment. There is also $5 luggage storage right under the apartment building if you don't have a car. We would totally recommend this place!

The Ko Olina condo was spacious, peaceful and located in the most beautiful beachfront setting. You had views of the ocean from every room including both bedrooms. The kitchen was very functional with upgraded appliances, dishes and appurtenances. The grounds of the condo were wonderful with swimming pools, hot tubs, barbecues, and a large koi pond. Outside the gated facility was a walkway leading in both directions to other beachfront hotels and restaurants or to the private lagoon straight ahead. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer condo on the island of Oahu!

We had a wonderful week at Ko Olina Beach Villas. The apartment was spacious for our 6 adults and one child. Kitchen was well stocked and they had a lot of nice extras for us to use at the beach including a wagon, beach chairs, cooler, and water toys. We were traveling with a one year old and they had a pack and play, high chair, and misc toys available. The resort was absolutely beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful and there were several pools and hot tubs. We also enjoyed the beach bar! Would definitely recommend this area if you are looking to get away from the busy, more populated areas. Thank you so much for the stay! We had the best vacation!!

Our family of four had a great stay at this condo. Right across the street from the beach with a beautiful large lanai for relaxation and great views. Had excellent service from the bell staff who knew who we were when we arrived and helped us with our many bags. New pool and hot tub are great. Excellent, easy to follow host instructions. Would stay again!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Me and my wife loved it! There are plenty of things to do that’s close by, the beach is about a 2 minute walk, Harmoni was quick to respond and very kind, and it was a very clean place! The only thing to note is it gets pretty loud at night with the road being right out the window. Other than that our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a fun stay.

Excellent location, right in the Ilikai hotel, easy access to the beach and 5 min away from Ala Moana shopping center. Sunset from the balcony is wonderful. However, some of the utensils are not clean, possibly because no one cooks here lol.

This was an excellent place to stay for couples. Right in the heart of Waikiki- there were plenty of options for food (sooo many food courts! Our favorite spot was Maguro brothers which was a block away). I think the biggest thing about this rental was the availability of a parking spot which is not something you get often! Though I would warn future customers that the ceiling is very low in the parking lot- it was a bit difficult with our suv rental to open the tailgate. A sedan would probably be better. It does take some skill to get a big suv in the spot especially when the parking spots across from the assigned spot are full- but it is doable. The water in the shower was hot and cold at first but after fiddling with the shower head a bit it wasn’t a problem again. The pool was nice and accessible. It was a nice touch that the host had pool noodles and floating boards to use. 5/5 would book again.

Had a wonderful stay! The view was amazing. Loved the beach!! Most days we were the only ones there or with very few people. Our host gave clear instructions and gave a bunch of recommendations of places to eat. We went to almost all of them and really enjoyed them. We quickly received a response with any questions we had. I would highly recommend renting this beautiful home on the beach

We loved our stay at Jackie’s condo. It was exceptional in every way. It is immaculate and well-appointed with everything we could need. We especially appreciated the sand toys and books for the kiddies and ample beach gear/beach towels and wagon to cart the gear. Upon request, Jackie was so kind to provide fragrance free laundry detergent. Thank you!! The Beach Villas resort complex is superb, with lovely pools and spas. It is adjacent to Lagoon 2, which is more cozy and less crowded than the other lagoons. The condo itself is in a prime location for a gorgeous view. Highly recommend. We plan to come back again!

This Airbnb single handedly made our first trip to Hawaii!! This is the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and hope to have the opportunity to come back in the future. Worth every $$ and would have stayed longer if I could. A true gem!

We are repeat visitors - says alot!! Love the location, the space, the view...love it all. Wouldnt stay any other place on Oahu or the North Shore. The bungalow had everything we needed, beach chairs were a big plus. William was very responsive with any issue we had.

The location was great just across the street from the beach Just wish balcony was little bit bigger but other than that the apartment it’s new refurnished very nice and cozy And the host is very nice I would be back

Parking was easy to find And didn’t have to pay since it was free the time I was at the place. The private access to the ocean is a huge plus. Great view of Diamond head .

This was our second time staying at the Ko’Olina timeshares and it was just as magical as the first time! Our villa was so beautiful and everything about this place was amazing. Love our host and all the friendly staff that works there. They really know the meaning of ALOHA and makes you feel so welcomed. I would definitely stay here again and book through Denice! Pictures don’t do its justice. The place is even more beautiful in person. Our family made such wonderful memories here and we will cherish these times forever! Thank you Denice & Team! Our stay at this wonderful place was truly unforgettable! The apartment is fantastic, and the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunset from there was magical, and if you're lucky, you might even spot whales! The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and a huge bonus is the direct access to a beautiful beach right from the complex. Barbara is an amazing host—she genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure all their needs are met. We had an incredible time and would love to come back. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic location on Oahu. We appreciated the beautiful pools and ability to walk to the lagoon beach with our young children. The condo is in excellent condition with modern appliances and everything you would wish to have for your stay (kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, beach gear, etc). While we liked being able to walk to the nearby resorts, we preferred the more calm, serene, and less crowded beach villas.

Nalani and Keith were wonderful. It was the first time I've had a host meet me for an airbnb; but it was definitely helpful when it came to check-in. Having a private, gated, reserved parking spot was great. It definitely made using a rental car extremely easy. The location of the condo is fantastic. You essentially get your own elevator (theres only 1 other condo on the floor) which made getting to and from the room extremely easy and rather private. All of the amenities were also outstanding. The 2 pools, hot tubs, and easy access to the lagoon made outside stuff easy to get to. Also, the little things really stood out. They had beach chairs and snorkels and all sorts of things that they allowed us to use as well. It was truly a home away from home. Definitely had a wonderful time and would FOR SURE rent with Nalani and Keith again in the future if they will have us. Mahalo!!!
