Beachfront holiday rental in Pulpit Rock

The place is absolutely idyllic. If you want to feel like living in a botanical garden and fruit garden with own lake and boat, with unbelievable view, this is your place. Two more features that are very precious nowadays - silence and darkness. You can observe Milky Way and millions of stars from terrace. And all this in absolute silence, similar to what I experienced last time in my grandma’s timber cabin 40 years ago.

Communication with Ingrid was extremely friendly and inquiries were responded to quickly and openly. The cabin is really very cute and the ladder into the bedroom has now reached cult status. :D Pure relaxation and the outdoor shower was not a problem at all. The location right by the fjord is fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well laid out and bigger than I thought. The marina is lovely to walk by in a summer evening and the views over to Stavanger are great. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Stavanger and hope to come back one day.

We unfortunately caught a rainy week in Norway. We were still hiking, golfing and fishing, but were also in the property for many hours and enjoyed the surf from the living room through the beautiful window front. You really can't describe that.

Beautiful location, right on the water and very quiet, simple cabin, but very clean, ideal for a short stay. Everything necessary is available.

We had a wonderful stay at Espen's place in Stavanger. The place was spotless and has fantastic views. The building is modern and well taken care of. Espen was a great host and responsive to questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing place. Idyllic, beautiful fjord landscape near the Pulpit Rock. Possibility for swimming and borrowing sup boards/boat right outside. Recommended!

We spent a few days in Stavanger at Pål's, the place is beautiful, a sea view, a pool, a lot of possibility. Very well located and accessible by bus every quarter of hours. The accommodation is well equipped, charmingly decorated, the bedding is comfortable. Everything you need if the weather is with you. Thanks Pål for all your advice.

I recently spent two weeks at this apartment during a business trip to Stavanger with my teammate, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is very spacious, well-decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view of the harbor is simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. The location is extremely convenient, with just a 10-minute walk to the city center. It made exploring the area and getting to meetings effortless. The host was incredibly supportive and friendly, going above and beyond to provide detailed recommendations on food, places to visit, and transportation options. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. It made our stay in Stavanger both comfortable and memorable.

I cannot emphasize enough how relaxing and splendid our experience was! We had an amazing time staying there for our honeymoon! The host and her husband were very kind, friendly, and hospitable. Even though we came during Christmas, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome! They even set us up a Christmas tree in the cabin and provided home-made snacks. There was plenty of fire wood, so we stayed nice and warm. The beds were so soft! The back four beds could easily fit two people each, for those who are wondering. If you stay with them, I highly recommend renting the sauna paired with swimming in the fresh water lake! The eggs from the chickens are delicious! The sheep are friendly. It was the coziest, most relaxing place we have ever stayed. We are so grateful to have been able to visit! It really made our honeymoon special. We hope to one day come back during the summer to see how the area differs, but we suspect it is spectacular at any point in the year.

My family members stayed at Holgers place, a stonecast from our own home. The apartment was perfect for what we needed - a play to sleep at night, and to relax now and then. Excellent communication with Holger meant the whole process was smooth sailing. The location is great if you’re visiting Stavanger - easy access to busses to the city centre. There is also nice areas for walking close by, as well as a supermarket. Recommended!

Rosemary operates Airbnb for selfless, loving reasons, not money. It's like volunteering. She was considerate of us throughout our stay, and let even stay more for us after hikes. She was so thoughtful that she said vacationers didn't need to do the dishes because she didn't want to make people use energy while doing dishes. The room was comfortable, and the plates were especially adorable. There aren't many condiments, but she would gladly lend you what you needed. The bathroom is lovely. It's not in the same building, but It doesn't bother you at all because it's close. The house and garden are lovely. Frankly, it was my dream home. I'm sad I couldn't swim in the lake with cute dog, Daisy. If you have a seat, make a reservation. you're the lucky one.

Great house in the countryside but still very central for visiting Haugesund. Nice swimming area right in front of the house. Really enjoyed with family; good with space and lots of equipment in the kitchen. Very easy to communicate with Trond. Recommended!
