Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

We had some wonderful days at the house that offered great spaces, billiards and ping pong tables as well as in a very good location close to amazing beaches. The host replied very quickly and the communication was quick and easy with local tips. Highly recommend the property.

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

Taty and Luca are great hosts and created an incredible apartment! From the balcony you can admire the beautiful sunsets. The private beach is quite rocky but still beautiful and there are plenty of other stunning beaches around. Cagliari is also worth a visit and underestimated in our opinion (only 20 mins). Coming home to this place feels amazing and we enjoyed every single minute. We would love to come back! 🌞

We spent a wonderful week at Massimo's house with our children (15, 13, 6 years). Massimo and Denise were great hosts who care about their guests. The house is equipped with all necessary and lovingly furnished. It is very clean and we felt right at home. Especially the pool was great for the kids. The nearby beach is great and within 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping is recommended in Carbonia. But in the village there is also a small shop (which is expensive). Clear recommendation for a relaxing holiday.

Mario was such a welcoming host and communicated very well to get us in and settled. The beach house was fully equipped with everything you need. It was very very clean. The neighbourhood was very safe. We arrived late and he was very gracious to stay up and welcome us in person. Being right on the beach was so fabulous and having our dinners outside in the private courtyard was perfect. Beds were quite comfortable. Linens were plenty and good quality. The Coop was walkable and it has a bakery that had very tasty pastries and croissants. Downtown Cagliari was about a 20 minute pleasant drive. Mario has a great and easy system for recycling which we really appreciated. He also left us water, treats and coffee so we didn’t have to rush out the next morning. It’s a beautiful beach house and we would highly recommend.

The stay at the villa in Costa Rei was beautiful. We were 4 adults, 4 children and had enough space. Alessandra is very friendly and accommodating. Had requested a travel bed and a stroller and both were on site when we arrived. We were also allowed to bring the children's pool and leave it on site (luggage) Karina, who did the check-in, is also very nice, friendly and helpful. We had received some links from the most beautiful beaches on the same day. Karina was very easily reachable by phone even in the late hours :-) I recommend this villa to anyone, whether with children or just adults.

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. Great experience. We were in four adults and two children and we were comfortable, well-maintained garden with all the comforts (grill, outdoor shower and sun loungers). Clean and spacious apartment, about a quarter of an hour from all the beaches around Villasimius. Lisa was very helpful and caring, she gave us great advice and took care of how our stay was going. Highly recommended

The house and the whole complex is definitely a 10/10!!! The idyll that prevails there can't be described at all, the whole house is very lovingly decorated and you feel right at home. We were welcomed by his parents, who were very nice and showed us everything, and gave a lot of tips for the area. In addition, noodles and pesto and other treats were ready for us, which was really nice and what I have never experienced before. This accommodation alone is a reason to come to Sardinia, I highly recommend it!!!

Great location in the very heart of the city near to the marina and to the old town. However proximity has its price: it's noisy even in the nights. One should well assess their priorities. The place is very spacious, comfort and interestingly designed, with high cieling that creats a sense of aristocratism. Everithing needed is available, incl. sun umbrella that saves money for renting such on the beach. Maurizio is a great host, very friendly and quickly answering and providing valuable insights.

Villarotonda was superior to every aspect. Nearby the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius. Large and comfortable spaces. House provided for any need. A place you want to come back to.

A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

Hands down the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed at! The property is absolutely stunning and our hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t ever want to leave!!! The gardens, the pool and views were just so extremely beautiful! Felt like we found a little piece of heaven. The onsite restaurant was also delicious and just so magical at night. Don’t hesitate to book this stay!

Angelo had already contacted us in advance and sent us exact directions - so the place was quick and easy to find. Angelo was personally on site and welcomed us and showed us the place and explained everything. In addition, he gave us useful tips such as sights (stalactite caves), beautiful beaches, hikes, restaurants and shopping nearby. He is an active, environmentally conscious and future-oriented landlord who has explained to us his plans regarding the redesign and re-design of his rental properties. He makes the needed electricity and warm water with self-sufficient solar energy and increasingly switch the kitchens from the currently usual gas stove to electric stoves or cooktops,which of course improves safety and energy consumption. It was all as described and Angelo is the epitome of a customer-oriented, service-oriented and friendly landlord! Glad to come back!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about 10 minutes walk. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts who were always available for any requests or information.

Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️

We had a lovely stay here and lucked out with the weather so we made full use of the pool and loungers ! We wanted privacy, peace and seclusion and that's what we got but Mhatias was always on hand to answer any questions and queries answering our messages quickly. A lovely place to stay with the beaches, hills and towns in easy reach by car - this is a must !
