Family-friendly holiday rentals in Puerto Nuevo

The cabin was awesome. We enjoyed several nights here, spending our evenings in the amazing hot tub looking up at the stars. Matteo was very welcoming and Auguste looked after us so well throughout our stay. The cabin is in a great location for exploring Lago Ranco, especially the nearby beach, and for trekking in the Futangue park. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The cabin is very welcoming, in a very remote place, ideal for getting away from everything and enjoying nature. I recommend buying all the provisions before going to the cabin, because the road is difficult and it's like 35 minutes to the nearest market. I hope to be able to come back soon.

The cabin is located in a beautiful, private and safe place. It has a nice view from the balcony, this is the best, and keeps everything you need to spend a few days comfortably. For 4 adults it can be something small because it has 1 bathroom and three beds plus a trundle bed. But for our family with 2 girls this aspect was good. It has a bad internet signal and no TV, but this was a good thing for us, because it allowed us to really rest and disconnect us, also this Antonio informs it in his publication. The accommodation is very close to the Calcurrupe River with access after a short but steep descent. If you like fishing, this is the place. Antonio was always worried, upon our arrival and during the stay to find out if we needed anything. The only thing that didn't work well was the tub that was losing water and had to be refilled, this made it very difficult for it to take temperature and in the end we couldn't enjoy it and we had to pay the caretaker his work.

Nothing to say, we were as a couple and we were not yet arriving and don Luis was asking us what time we would arrive. Once we arrived, we had a very good reception with clear instructions and good recommendations, always attentive, the only detail on the day we did asado, we had the 3 dogs on top haha but we were aware of what about their pets and talking about the tinajas, nothing to say, impeccable. A very good futon experience thanks to this stay.

From the day we booked Claudia was willing to answering all our doubts, we truly have a tremendously rich experience as a family. The place is exceptional, with a view that is hard to find today. Claudia and her family supported us in absolutely everything, even facilitating kayaking so we can get to know the lake a little more. The places on the Island are beautiful and much to know, I recommend going in time, most people go for the day, we went for 5 days and we were missing to meet. Many thanks to Claudia and all the inhabitants with whom we chat, we will definitely be back!

The place is wonderful,environment of the totally green cabin, super quiet. Everything comes equipped,the cabin is super clean, you just have to enjoy the place. Very close and varied businesses, Ale is super concerned with all the details. even advises you of tourist places to know. 10 of 10.

A magical place to connect with nature, unwind and enjoy as a family. The next day I had already forgotten what day of the week we were or what time it was: guaranteed total relaxation! The hosts Claudia and Antu are very friendly and always attentive. It is recommended to buy at Futrono before crossing, since the provisions they sell on the island are more scarce in quantity and variety. You should take your trash away when leaving the island and take care not to pollute the lake water. Would come back happy!

Everything is very good, we were very happy with everything, Carol a 7 , Manuela a 7, they always responded quickly to anything that came up. The house is beautiful, the photos are very true to reality and I must say that the photos do not do justice to the house, the spaces are wider than I perceived in the photos, we loved the place, the house, the location, the very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, there are many places to go out to shop walking, much to visit walking, nearby, or just stay in the village, also the beach is exquisite 10 minutes walking, I hope to have the opportunity to stay in this place, I would simply say I come again, if they ask me for a recommendation I give it 100% without fear of making mistakes, thank you very much Carol and Manuela for a wonderful stay, greetings

We definitely thought it was a very cozy, comfortable, fully equipped, very spacious, beautifully decorated house with a rustic touch; a very friendly, caring, pleasant and charismatic host is also worth noting. We thought it was important to say that he provided us with everything we needed, a comfortable wood-burning heating. In addition, they have welcomed our three kittens without any problem. A place very close to businesses, tourist sites and beautiful lakes. We are totally grateful for this experience, from the comfort of the beds, to a fabulous picnic in the courtyard of the house. COMPLETELY RECOMMENDED.

The house has a beautiful view of the lake. The house has a beautiful architecture and is stylishly decorated. All kitchen equipment is provided. Wooden steps from the patio and hottube need to be replaced. The wifi is not too good for home office. The owner was quick to respond to our question and resolved the issue. We'd love to come back.

I totally recommend the place very well located to be able to walk out even in Futrono, they also recommended beautiful places to go to meet and always worried and attentive to us. We will definitely be back. We feel like home

We really liked the cabin, for its location very close to downtown where one could move without difficulty. The host's attention was excellent. He recommended places to visit, always concerned about all things. I recommend it 100%

We loved the house and the place, 100% recommended!. We were several families with children and the house has a perfect layout and size to separate the spaces of each. Also, the common spaces were spacious, a large dining table with a good space around which made us all able to live together super well. The weather did not accompany us much, but we were still able to enjoy outside and the kids enjoyed it! Super full kitchen, had everything needed, and everything was spotless. We had an issue with the condominium gate, and the administrator responded to our contact and did everything within her reach to help us. The only bad thing, was that on the day of departure there was a strong storm that left us without electricity or water, less bad it was a bit before we left, so we had to leave things in the kitchen tidy, without washing. which we previously agreed with the administrator given the situation.

We stayed for 2 weeks and it was the perfect place to rest. The loft is exactly as described in the photos. It has access to the lake, a well-stocked supermarket a few minutes walk away and in Llifén you can find everything you need for a long stay. Communication with Carmen was super expeditious and was to greet us and say goodbye. 100% recommended.
