A beautiful villa with a stunning view and a fantastic pool. The location is perfect as a base for exploring the area. We also appreciated the thoughtful details provided upon arrival, such as hand soap, shower gel, dishwasher capsules, coffee… Especially convenient even though the store is just a short distance away. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home here.

Perfect place if you want your own house with pool, bbq and big kitchen. Also privacy via rooms.

Very pleasant family stay. The house is spacious and functional, very well equipped for seven people. The pool and roof-top are a real plus, even in February. The location allows quick access to the most touristic sites without experiencing the inconvenience (traffic, noise, crowds...) Juana Maria is very available and responsive. We are ready to come back to Juana Maria's place during a future stay in Tenerife and highly recommend this place.

Beautiful grounds with beautiful swimming pool. The house and kitchen were a little basic. Nice communication with the host. We were even able to check in earlier Highly recommendable!

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

We had a great time at Oliver's villa. It is very well located, in a peaceful hamlet, far from the crowds of Tenerife South. This is a great base to visit the wild North of the island. The house is cozy, the beds are very large and the pool is a real plus. We recommend this rental without a second thought.

One of the nicest villas We have stayed in, the style, furnishings, location were exceptional. Would definitely use again, Claudia and her parents were great. Any small problem was quickly dealt with.

We had been to this property for the first time last summer and had a great time, so we came back thisyear. As happened last time, in this quiet place in front of the ocean you have the pleasant feeling of feeling at home. From the terrace it's wonderful to hear the sound of the waves. The place is clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Interian, the owner, is very helpful and responds promptly to every request. I hope to be back again next year!

We had a brilliant stay at Efren's place! The house was clean, well set-up and much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Efren was very responsive and helpful, giving us suggestions of where to eat, helping us book a taxi and suggesting hikes in the area. Las Mercedes is very quiet, but only a 45 minute walk into La Laguna. The location was great for exploring the Anaga region and the hikes in the national park were beautiful.

A very beautiful and large apartment, with a nice well-appointed terrace and views of the palm trees and the sea! A tranquil and authentic village. In short, a great stay with Vanessa who welcomed us very warmly! I particularly recommend it for families, children have room to play and are very happy to discover the games left by Vanessa. The bucket and shovel were much appreciated, thank you very much;)

Beautiful, comfortable place. The view from the terrace is spectacular.

We had a great time in Tenerife and Caroline and Jonay's house is a big part of it. True to the photos, the place is authentic and magical and hosts are keen to share their affection for this originally restored, Canarian-style family home. Not suitable for infants due to the stairs and the 3rd bedroom located on the rooftop terrace, but this is all its charm and it is a treat for children a little bigger or self-contained. Jonay had the delicacy of bringing us fruit from the garden in the middle of the stay, a delight! It is ideally located, close to the three main colonial cities, about forty minutes from Anaga Park and Teno Park and an hour from Teide Park. The ocean was agitated during our stay but in quiet time it is bathable (with care because the currents can be strong) near the house or in a natural pool at the end of the village.

Very nice place with a beautiful view and lots of space. It has everything that is needed, we felt comfortable. There is a switchback road from the highway to the house though it's not that difficult to drive. There are no restraunts nearby so you have to bring your own food or drive to the restraunts for about 15 min (there are plenty of the them in the nearby villages). The host was friendly and responsive, provided recommendations on local places to visit. Overall we had a nice stay, enjoyed our time in the Trinimat's house.

Both the host and the house are very welcoming, we rented it full because we were the whole family, and we had spaces of intimacy and spaces to share. We have all really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you Lumey

perfect value for little money. the place might not be à luxurious home but it is charming, well placed, well équiped and the communication with Ana is perfect. i recommend it without hésitation.

Above-average well-equipped beautiful and spacious apartment with garden, roof terrace and private underground parking. Juan was always available, we felt very welcome and have never stayed in such a clean and hospitable space before.

Very nice holiday house in the near of el Sauzal with an amazing view over the ocean. It was super clean and we had a pleasant time. You definitely need a car to come around, supermarkets and restaurants 5-10 min away.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house as a family with a small child (2 years old). While the house has some sharp edges and an infinity pool that might be a concern for younger or more adventurous kids, we were fortunate that our little one was quite careful. There were also toys available, which kept him entertained and distracted, making it a very enjoyable experience for all of us. The house is truly stunning and even better than the pictures—something others have mentioned, and we wholeheartedly agree! The location is breathtaking, offering an incredible view of the ocean, coastline, and even the majestic Teide volcano in the distance. The kitchen was super spacious and well-equipped, which made cooking for a group easy and enjoyable. The living and dining areas were cozy and functional, and some of our group loved the house so much that they hardly left!

We had a great stay at this rental. The accommodation is well equipped, comfortable and the view from the terrace is splendid. We were greeted by Juan who gave us all the helpful tips and is lovely. If we were to return to the area in the area, we would definitely take over this rental again!

We loved staying at Monica's house. The birds chirping and frog quaking has had something of the jungle, great overgrown rocks that you can look at from the terrace. Taganana to you is very cute. The beaches downstairs are great. Monica recommended us a great hike, I definitely recommend doing it !!! The large window in the bedroom is great, so you can enjoy the view very much without leaving the bed ^^ you quickly feel at home. Thank you for everything Monica, we had a great time :)

we absolutely loved our time at Pedros atelier! The atmosphere was so artistic, cosy and special...there were chickens outside the door in the morning and the mount Teide could be seen through the window..it was a wonderful place to do remote work, the internet connection was very fast. pedro was always available either to say hello or to check if everything was ok. We even got to spend an evening with him in his Bodega :) it was an unforgettable experience and we would gladly come back !
