it is an apt of 2 floors, in the first there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the second floor two other rooms with a private bathroom for the large room. the staircase is somewhat uncomfortable to go down and up which is complicated for an elderly person. in general it is very nice and a good place to stay with your family.

David’s pool house was better than I imagined. Great location he was very responsive to our needs. The staff was fabulous she cleaned daily and she prepared breakfast for us. Highly recommended will rent again once when I return to Barranquilla.

Carlos' place was great, exactly as described and looked right like shown in the pictures. The area is peaceful and very private; there is a view point that looks straight to Castillo de Salgar and is great to see the sunset. Very close to the ocean, which makes it super relaxing. There are dogs around the property, all of them very friendly :) Having your own vehicle for transportation is highly recommended, as Uber and taxi services in the area can be scarce. However, if you must use public transport to get around in the Salgar area, Carlos and Juan Jose (employee) can help you arrange the taxi service (be sure to have cash in hand). Would book Carlos' place again in the future.

I recently stayed in Nig's apartment in Barranquilla. She was an excellent host who is friendly, helpful and flexible. The apartment was very clean and spacious and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are a few restaurants and a small grocery store within walking distance. I recommend Nig's apartment and plan on staying again on future trips to Barranquilla.

Alvaro’s place blew our minds, very well above our expectations. The place is very spacious, amazing decoration, beach front, pool, etc. Great place for a peaceful stay in front of the beach, amazing for kitesurfers. Salinas del Rey kitesurfing center is just 10 mins away.

Elena’s Airbnb was perfect for our family of five. Before I get into apartment details, I have to highlight Elena’s incredible hospitality. She’s very responsive and went above and beyond to help me access the gym when they introduced a fingerprint system, making multiple calls to ensure I was registered. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a large master bedroom. At the time of our stay, the master and second bedroom had air conditioning, while the third relied on a fan—but the living room’s AC kept everything cool. We loved the ground-floor convenience for easy deliveries and access to community amenities. Plus, Miramar Park is just five minutes away, featuring a basketball court, dog park, and a track for morning jogs. We had a few minor damages (kids!), but Elena was so understanding. The internet is fast—I had several Zoom calls without any issues. If you’re considering Elena’s place, say yes!—you won’t regret it.

My experience at this property was exceptional. From the moment of check-in, everything was perfectly organized. The host was very attentive, making sure to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The listing far exceeded my expectations. The facilities were spotless. Everything was clean, well maintained and fully equipped with the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality and smooth stay. I hope I will have the opportunity to return in the future.

the apartment is excellent everything as it looked and also with a details that made it worth returning, but when one is looking for the apartment to have parking is because it goes with a car and needs it to be well protected (it is supposed to add value and you pay for it) and if at the time they already received your payment they tell you that "can" that parking is achieved because the whole has it is communal parking is not clear and should be clear in the publication because it should not obscure how well and complete the apartment is due to the uncertainty that you have with your car on the street.

We absolutely loved staying at Ana's beautiful condo in Barranquilla. We walked in and it felt like our own place. Amazing view of Barranquilla with the mountains in the distance. Enjoyed to roof top pool with incredible views of the sea. I will definitely be booking here again when I return to Barranquilla. Thank you Ana for giving us an experience and memory that will last us a life time. Highly recommended

This was the third time I’ve stayed in one of Luis’s apartments and he’s the only host I’ll go to. If there’s a problem, he’s right there personally to fix it. He’s one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, very honest and a great human being. His apartments are really nice, in good neighborhoods and the prices are very affordable. I use airbnb a lot, and he’s the best host I’ve ever dealt with.

The apartment is as shown in pictures. The apartment is very clean with 24 security; and a short walking distance from shopping malls and restaurants. Luis responds quickly and is very committed to addressing issues that may arise.

Very pleasant stay, beautiful apartment, excellent accommodation!

The place, the toilet and the communication was perfect, however they can be more flexible with check-in, the room was available clean and everything and they did not let us rest at once but strictly had to be until 2:30 pm, we arrived type 1:00 pm it was not so difficult to let us check in after a long trip, it is a matter of customer service, we recommend the place and the host responds quickly
