Holiday rentals with beach access in Puerto Aventuras

Ana was wonderful from start to finish. She worked with us for both check in and check out times to work with our schedule. She was always quick to respond before and during our trip. The apartment is great and the balcony overlooking La Quinta was fabulous to sit on day and night, we loved being able to hear sound of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and we stayed for a month so that was really important. The stove worked, the hot water in the shower was great and the neighborhood was lovely. There are some long term renters in the neighborhood and we met some great people. I would definitely stay at Ana's place again. We loved it.

We had a fabulous stay! All the bedrooms were comfortable and the location was fantastic. Loved being able to hear the waves from our bed.

The hosts were very responsive and the unit was very nice.

Daniela is phenomenal. Not only was she responsive, when I said I was worried about internet outages during blackouts, she got a generator. So few hosts do so much to help. The place was awesome too. Ground floor, but wonderful security.

The place was very nice and in a great location right next to 5th Avenue. You could hear the nightlife from your porch but when the doors were shut you could barley hear anything. Definitely recommend and would stay there again!

It was in a great location. We were able to walk to a lot of places. Even though it is close to some clubs and bars, we couldn’t hear any of it. The only thing that was off, the pictures showed a beach and there isn’t one. All in all, great place.

We spent a week at this wonderful villa! It was big, nicely decorated, and very well stocked. We loved that we were so close to the Junglefish Beach Club and enjoyed two dinners and many cocktails overlooking the gorgeous Caribbean! Mornings were lovely and we enjoyed quiet time on the roof and jacuzzi. We highly recommend Iris and her beautiful villa and would absolutely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

We had the most amazing time staying at Carolina's beautiful villa on the sea. We traveled with 7 dear old friends to celebrate New Year's Eve and my 50th birthday. Carolina and her team were very responsive and friendly. She even delivered a gorgeous bottle of Tequila Reposado on my birthday! The house is very light and airy and exactly as described and pictured. The snorkeling off the patio area with pool is incredible. Everyone was comfortable and we had plenty of space. I highly recommend hiring the chef! We can't wait to come back.

I visited for girls trip with friends and we had a wonderful time. We loved having our own private beach with plenty of seating. The views are beautiful and the ocean was easy to swim in and enjoy. Victor facilitated onsite massages and Carlos did a wonderful job cooking our meals. We are all going through ceviche withdrawal now. We hope to be back someday soon!

Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

Loved this place and continue to love Playa Del Carmen. The sheets needed to be replaced but they took care of that same day and had extra sheets. The location is only 15 min east drive from 5th Ave and 20 min from downtown. We had to leave early unfortunately not bc of the airbnb but personal issues back home that had us fly out a handful of days before we scheduled. They were super kind and responsive and we loved the modern architecture of the whole neighborhood

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of help Mac gave to, two very old, technically challenged travelers. It was dark and rainy, and we were travel weary. Mac stayed on the phone with us until we reached his amazing Airbnb. I have been renting beach houses for 15 years and this place by far was the most impressive place yet. We had several tours planned, and we truly did not want to leave paradise to explore Tulum, but we did. The area is not only historically and culturally rich, but has everything you can expect from a tropical beach environment. Also, a big thank you to Edwin and his lovely wife who were great neighbors, we only saw them when we needed them ☺️ Jim and Dawn

Great location and room

Beautiful experience in Casa Lita, very spacious and comfortable, with all amenities. Karen and Ashley were quick to respond to each query and Sergio was very nice and efficient in their work! He gave us very good recommendations. We went on a family trip 14 people and we felt right at home, we would definitely come back!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed. Check-in was quite easy and has 24/7 security in the lobby. The staffs are quite friendly and willing to help. Despite being steps from 5th Avenue, no noises are heard, so we could spend quite quiet nights. Communication with Fernando was excellent, his responses to our doubts were immediate. If I travel to Playa del Carmen again, I would definitely repeat this apartment.

What a fantastic apartment. It was spotless, quiet, well-equipped and had a beautiful balcony with sea view. It was without doubt the best Airbnb apartment I’ve ever stayed in, and thank you Michael for letting us share your lovely home.

If you're looking for a space that's super modern with all of the fanciest gizmos and spotless shiny fixtures, this is probably not it.If you're looking for a quaint, simple space with a million dollar location and a killer shower, this is it. The two full sliding glass doors open directly out onto the pool, which then moves directly to the beach. I think we spent half our time just enjoying listening to and watching the waves. The area felt safe enough to walk around after dark, which is a huge plus. Lunita, the restaurant next door, was incredible. We stayed for 9 days and ate there 5 times, each time consistently the best food we had across the entire trip. Chichen Itza was a haul, but worth it. Monkey Sanctuary is close and worth it. Golf cart was all we needed to get around. Do us all a favor and skip the expensive, morally bankrupt resort. Hearing locals talk about how they treat the people, animals and environment was heartbreaking. Stay here instead.

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

The stay at Meagan & Carlos’ was fantastic! It was everything we hoped for and we loved starting each day with coffee on the balcony. We appreciated the coffee for our entire stay and all of the other amenities including filtered water, spices and the fun treats. The weather was a bit cool during our stay and an extra set of blankets would have been nice. The closest beach was washed out but there was another just a few minutes away, also walking distance. It is important to note that several of the nearby resorts did not allow reservations for dinner if we didn’t pay for a day pass to the beach. It was good we rented a car. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place!

Perry’s place was perfect for what we needed, was just as described in listing , on the Marina and the property with the pool and ocean front access was amazing. Perry was very responsive and addressed any concerns and questions right away. Thanks for a great stay ! Would book again !
