Beachfront holiday rental in Puçol

Great townhouse with ocean view. We had a great time 6 adults and 3 children. I add that it could be improved, especially for a stay in winter: that the heating could be regulated in each room individually, and being able to close the kitchen. Anyway, we'd love to come back!

Loved staying at Alejandro's place, He was very responsive throughout the booking process and during the stay to make sure we could navigate the property for check-in etc. The place was spacious, with good heating,. Lot's of space in the kitchen and utensils for cooking. it was only a 8min walk to the beach where all the restaurants are. I would stay here again on my next trip to Valencia

Manuel good host , we arrived at 1 in the morning and it was pending to be able to open us , very friendly at all times , the apartment is very cozy and with everything you need to live in .

We had a great time. The apartment is very well equipped, impeccable cleanliness, the bed is very comfortable, a magnificent sea view, Noelia is an extraordinary host, very attentive, very responsive. Can't be better! If you come by, I recommend her place, you can go there without a second thought.

Vicente is a fantastic, very responsive and hospitable host. He provided us with all the information about the city, locations to visit etc. Me and my family were happy to stay at the apartment. Location is good, close to the beach, restaurants and nice commuting to the city center. We will definitely come back to Vicente and highly recommend his apartment to all travellers visiting Valencia

The place has a breathtaking view, I asked Joan for a sun lounger because I couldn't sit and brought it to me, the apartment is much bigger than it seems in the photos, the sheets and the towels smelled clean, the whole house was very clean and tidy, very good location, one of the best areas of the beach in Valencia, surrounded by good restaurants, the beach 1 min away, there were also chairs to sit on the beach. Joan very reactive very available and friendly by the app, I would definitely come back.

The apartment is a dream! We immediately felt at home. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The apartment is bright and clean and very comfortably furnished. There is also usually a free parking spot in front of the door. I love the wooden beams! Overall one of the most beautiful Airbnb apartments we have seen. Thank you!

This house is truely a beachhouse: the views are stunning and the beach is right in front of the house. The light in the rooms is beautiful and there is plenty of room even for a big family. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are plenty of supplies. Mercedes was also just great. She was very quick in replying and helped us on a Spanish holiday when we arrived and could not find an open supermarket.

The apartment is very close to the beach, just 50m walk. Super easy to travel to the city center with public transport and even from the airport (just count on ~80 min travel time from the airport). The place was very clean, well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook even more competitive dishes. Antonio was proactively communicating, gave lots of local tips and was flexible with check in. We enjoyed our stay there a lot. One point to keep in mind, as mentioned by other guests already: the building is not well isolated from noises and you can literally hear neighbors sneezing. So for light sleepers an advice to take earplugs. But as this is not something Antonio can influence it’s not a negative point, just a friendly recommendation to fellow travelers (more properties in Valencia seem to have a similar situation). The bottom line: we recommend the apartment!

I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. Great place! Everything was just as pictured. Alejandro did a fantastic job staying in touch and ensuring we had everything we needed. The house is very kid- and family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, and although we visited during the off-season when many places were closed, we truly appreciated the peacefulness. It's a short drive to a shopping center and the City of Valencia. This spot is just perfect for anyone looking to relax by the beach with an incredible view and still be driving distance to a beautiful city. Highly recommend!

We felt super comfortable in Maria's apartment. Arrival and communication went smoothly. The house makes you feel really super comfortable, the view from the terrace is a dream, the pool has made our children happy and the location directly on the sea is simply fantastic! We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is amazing. The view is fantastic from the 12th floor. We had a storm,it was really good! Really.... The only problem is the coffee machine. Not a Nespresso, not compatible with capsules. We used the other coffee maker. We had a great time. Thank you!

Marianellas place is great, has its own charm. Well furnished, quite big. We would have liked more sun on the terrace but it’s the seasons fault though. Recommended!

Ideal place for families with children everything is within walking distance. The villa is large with several terraces. Very quiet place. Well equipped villa and with beach chair umbrella. Juan is very responsive and checked in to see if our stay was going well and sent us a message when we returned home. I would recommend this villa. We will be back. Thank you Juan

Serafin and Maribel's villa with pool, large garden and access to the sea is just like paradise. We had a wonderful time there with our 1-year old daughter, enjoying the garden with private playground, pool and the beach just infront of the villa. All is designed extremely tasteful and we felt like home immediately. Our hosts have been extremely nice and helpful with everything we needed. We'd stay there again any time.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip to Valencia due to sickness. A real bummer! Although we didn’t get to meet Rosana, she’s been a great host: sending us detailed instructions to find the house, accommodating our very late arrival and even making sure we had breakfast available for the next day. I really hope we can visit this little paradise in the future!

Alberto was a very personable and helpful host! We had super nice days on his boat. Everything was perfect for us: a lot of information in advance, upon arrival the fridge was fully stocked with drinks, fruits and snacks. There was a SUB on board, air conditioning, the showers nearby, a large pool that we were allowed to use. We also had an unforgettable sailing trip with Alberto. He also provided us with 2 bikes...very practical as Valencia town/beach was about 20 minutes away. On site there were 2 restaurants with inexpensive breakfast. We felt very comfortable and had a very nice time! We will definitely be back!!! Clear recommendation for Alberto and his boat! Thank you for everything!
