A newly built guesthouse of 27 m2. There is a 120 bed, a sofa bed and a kitchenette (portable stove top) table and chairs for three as well as a new and fresh bathroom with shower. On the grounds, there is a trampoline to borrow for any children, as well as outdoor furniture to eat at. Playground 50 m from the house and 15 min to the city center. 10 min from the central station and beautiful Folkpark. The area is k-marked and the houses are close to each other, our entrance is right next door and we share the plot.
