The apartment is located in Prora (near Ostseebad Binz). The apartment is about 42 m ² and is suitable for a family with a larger child or a toddler or a maximum of 3 adults. A SZ, WZ with kitchen and bathtub are available. Parking space CAR in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with barbecue. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated at the beginning of 2015. In autumn 2017, as well as in autumn 2018 and 2020, a partial modernization took place.

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. There is a flat screen, wifi and a small kitchen as well as a shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, the harbor is about 10 minutes walk. From the train station you walk about 30 minutes to us. There is a bus stop or bike rental nearby. The car park is located directly at the house. The spa tax in the high season is 1.50€/day/adult, otherwise 1.00€.

Close to good eateries, shopping, cafes and many other cosy sights such as the Medieval Centre, the world's southernmost point, Knuthenborg etc.
