The Charming House, with its gorgeous backyard & kazeboo, comfortably fits 10 to 12 people, even 14 - if you’re comfortable sleeping on a couch in the living room. Perfectly equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 x living room with sofa and terrace, 3 bathrooms with shower/bath + 1 toilet , high speed internet connection, cable TV, Netflix, iPod doc, board games, poker table. That was inside. Backyard resembles ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’. Shared car access with our left neighbours (time to time).

Povestea noastră se dedică turismului de familie, dorind să aducă pe gustul fiecărui oaspete o frântură din amintirea copilăriilor petrecute „la țară”, departe de mediul urban. În sprijinul a ceea ce ne-am propus se află căsuța construită în jurul anului 1890 (actualmente renovată complet, dar păstrând stilul specific zonei) și grădina (un iz mixt și tânăr de livadă rurală laolaltă cu plante ornamentale). Căsuța dispune de încălzire centralizată și bucătărie utilată complet/ bbq / wi-fi.

Casa Roza se află situată în Breaza pe Valea Prahovei la 25km de Sinaia si la 50m de intrarea principala a Colegiului Național Militar Dimitrie Cantemir. Aceasta are o suprafață de 27 mp alcătuită dintr-un dormitor cu Tv, dulap, o mică bucătarie cu loc pentru servirea mesei dotată cu un mic frigider, aragaz și o baie proprie cu duș. În apropiere se află un loc de joacă pentru copii în parcul central al orașului, Mega Image la 200m de mers pe jos și restaurantul Athos Breaza la 50m.

Casuta noastra este asezata într-unul dintre cele mai frumoase cătunuri din Prahova: PLAIU, Provita de Sus. Așezarea are case împrăştiate pe dealurile, iar ca sa ajungi la noi, drumul ingust ca o panglica asfaltata, urca si tot urca printre gradini pana aproape de varf. Acolo, trebuie sa cotesti pe un drum pietruit, si dupa ce tii tot stanga pentru 200 m, ajungi la noi.

Bright, comfortable, modern 2 rooms apartment

Situat in centrul orasului Breaza, la 50 m fata de poarta Liceului Militar Dimitrie Cantemir, apartamentul este foarte util pentru cei ce isi doresc sa isi petreaca cateva nopti intr un oras linistit si cu aer curat. Orasul Breaza se afla situat pe Valea Prahovei, la 23 km distanta fata de Sinaia si la 100 km fata de Bucuresti. Apartamentul este proaspat renovat.
