Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola

Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

Great house that fully matched the descriptions. The house is nicely decorated and there was nothing missing. The location in the mountains is fantastically several hours of hikes from the house. Janine is the contact person on site and is (German speaking) with advice. The bread roll service Janine is also very nice if needed.

Beautiful picturesque house on the heights of the city with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, located in a typical and charming Italian neighborhood and also on the edge of nature. It is also very well located for visiting Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. The house is certainly old but has all modern comforts. This accommodation is reserved for people in good physical shape since after climbing a small slope to access it, there are still steps to climb!!! Cristina is very helpful, offers good advice and is responsive. This is a property that we highly recommend.

Everything tip top, we slept well.

The apartment is spacious, perfectly clean and you have everything you need and from the terrace you have a fantastic view of the lake and the three islands. The hosts are very nice, courteous and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Fun, fabulous and friendly. We loved our stay at Mauro’s place. It is in a great location for exploring Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. We were very comfortable, had everything we needed and were even able to park our Motorhome. Mauro’s artwork was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

House is amazing. With 3 dogs we were there and the garden is huge. Everything fenced and we had perfect tranquility near the lake. Roberta is a perfect host. We lacked nothing. She is extremely helpful, accommodating and extremely friendly! We are very happy if we can go back to her. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Maria Luisa's place. The apartment had everything we needed, and the setting was absolutely stunning. The open kitchen was perfect for rustling up a quick dinner while staying part of the conversation. Although the view was hidden by fog at first, it cleared to reveal the full beauty of Lago Maggiore - an unforgettable sight! Maria Luisa was very helpful and responsive, making our family break even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

Mirella was always helpful and attentive, the house is beautiful and was as described in the requirements. The place is lovely and the lake view leaves you breathless. A paradise, in a great location, surrounded by every type of comfort. I recommend it

Great contact with the host. Alessandra is very friendly and was always quick to respond to messages. The apartment is located in an apartment building in a quiet location, not far from the center and it was clean. It has a nice little terrace. Unfortunately, it was still too cold to sit out - so unfortunate. Otherwise, the heating in the cold season runs through the air conditioning, which was a bit unusual for us at first until we had found the optimal temperature. We felt comfortable all around.

The condo is located about ten minutes drive up the mountain from Stresa. For us (family of four; kids ages: 9 and 13), this was the perfect distance. It is more peaceful in Levo and cooler because of the added elevation. The space itself was very practical, comfortable and convenient. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. Michela is a terrific host! She was very easy to communicate with (we speak English) and really helpful and accomodating. She also gave really good restaurant recommendations.

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

We met Andrea and his lovely wife during our check in and departure. They were very accommodating as we booked an hour before arrival! We were given excellent recommendations for local restaurants and the food was delicious! The city center of Stresa is a beautiful town…we happened to be there for the Stresa FireDept Fair!

The right place to unplug, highly recommended! There is everything you need and Alessandro and his wife were always available and very helpful.

I loved it!!! Everything was spic and span! Wonderful quiet and sunny. I spent hours on the terrace enjoying the view. Sunsets are amazing. The grocery store, the train station, the gelateria, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Lots to see in the area, it definitely helps though to have a car. There is plenty of hiking trails in the area, but again it helps to have a car to get to the start of the many trails. Tipically for italian houses, the floor has tiles which are cold. Which is perfect in summer, but during the cooler months, you might want to bring warm slippers, especially if you suffer from cold feet like I do :). Dennis and Mauro are such nice people. I highly recommend to stay at their house. Carissimi Dennis e Mauro é stato un grande piacere conoscervi. Vi auguro tutto il bene e spero che un giorno riesca a tornare nella vostra bellissima casa! A presto!

Luciana is a great hostess. We felt very comfortable and were very warmly received by Luciana's parents. Our children were also very and there was everything you need for babies/children! The property is clean, spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. We lacked nothing. In a few minutes, you are at the lake and many excursion destinations are easy and quick to reach.
