We had an amazing stay at Villa Alba. The house is super cozy, clean and charming. The communication with the owners was also really easy and they even organized a Apéro Plate with italian specialities, which were sooooo good. We will definitely come back <3

Pretty picturesque house on the heights of the city with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, located in a typical and charming Italian neighborhood and also on the edge of nature. It is also very well located for visiting the Maggiore and Orta Lakes. The house is certainly old but has all modern comforts. This place is reserved for people in good physical shape sinceafter climbing a small slope to get there, there are still steps to climb!!! Cristina is very helpful, good advice and responsive. This is an address that we highly recommend.

The house we rented in Italy was clean and in an excellent location for excursions. It provided easy access to various attractions, making it ideal for day trips. We had a wonderful time at Maria Luisa's place. The apartment had everything we needed, and the setting was absolutely stunning. The open kitchen was perfect for rustling up a quick dinner while staying part of the conversation. Although the view was hidden by fog at first, it cleared to reveal the full beauty of Lago Maggiore - an unforgettable sight! Mirella was always available and attentive, the house is beautiful and was as described in the requirements. The place is lovely and the view of the lake leaves you breathless . A paradise, in a great place, surrounded by every type of comfort. I recommend it

The condo is located about ten minutes drive up the mountain from Stresa. For us (family of four; kids ages: 9 and 13), this was the perfect distance. It is more peaceful in Levo and cooler because of the added elevation. The space itself was very practical, comfortable and convenient. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. Michela is a terrific host! She was very easy to communicate with (we speak English) and really helpful and accomodating. She also gave really good restaurant recommendations.

Giovanni and Federica were very helpful and hospitable. The apartment was in a good location and allowed us to spend a few days relaxing in a quiet and cozy place. Everything is clean and tidy, as described. It was easy to communicate and I would say that we recommend this small corner of peace. Thank you and see you soon

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

We felt very comfortable. The view view on the lake is priceless. Yes, there is a street under the apartment, but this did not bother us. In the kitchen, everything you need is very clean and not worn. Also otherwise it was very clean and the bed comfortable. Check-in was super easy, as Alessandro sent me detailed pictures and was therefore very easy to find. He was also quick to respond to questions. Thanks for that 😊 If we are in the area we will be happy to come back.

Luciana is a great hostess. We felt very comfortable and were very warmly received by Luciana's parents. Our children were also very welcome and there was everything you need for babies/ children! The place is clean, spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. We lacked nothing. In a few minutes, you will be at the lake and many excursion destinations are easy and quick to reach.
