Gianfranco's place was perfect for our stay in Friuli ! The description is true, the host himself was attentive and thoughtful in welcoming us and recommending very interesting activities and places to visit. The location is definitely strategic and overall it is perfect both for getting around and for a relaxing stay in the village of Cividale. I highly recommend Gianfranco and his place if you decide to spend a pleasant vacation in Friuli.

Great location, very kind and helpful managers, clean and tidy apartment

Carina was always reachable and available, even for check-in, with a lot of flexibility. Cute apartment with everything you need. Access to the pool was quite complicated, but it wasn't Carina's fault. Only those who have sun loungers in the green beach can go to the pool. You had to upgrade to have two more loungers, but in return your loungers are lost on the beach. The only person who could tell me about the location of the sun loungers was the lifeguard. Uncompetent staff for such a bathing establishment.

Unfortunately the original property had issues with the heating. The host responded immediately and arranged another property for us which we were very happy with. Comfortable, pleasant and very friendly. I highly recommend the host La Marmote.

Federico and his son welcomed us very friendly and gave us a tour of the apartment, which exceeded our expectations. They were waiting for us with the special treats that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped with ingredients and utensils. Federico was incredibly thoughtful. The whole apartment was immaculate. We recommend them with a warm heart!

Let's start by saying that we had a very good time (September 1-18). The house is as described, comfortable and has all the necessities. Mrs. Viviana is very kind with all the clear information. We especially thank her mother, Mrs. Danila who was waiting for us like a real hostess. Maniago is very nice, everything is within walking distance, about 5 minutes from the center. We can only recommend it.

Large, clean and tidy apartment, equipped with all comforts. The Stube on emitted a special warmth and a sense of serenity. Sabrina warmly welcomed us by giving us precise and punctual directions.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Villagio Europa. The house is practically furnished. The kids quickly met friends and played a lot. Only small point of criticism. Check-in is guaranteed between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. as soon as the house is clean. According to the description, we were guaranteed to be 4 pm. We had to wait a little over one hour.

Irca's house is very large and spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The host was very helpful with any questions or needs. Flexible check-in, Irca and her husband Renzo were more than thorough in explaining the house and the various rules and recommended nearby places to visit. The area is very quiet, we felt pampered as if we were at home. We look forward to returning!

Huge house. No problem for two families. The house is old and it has to be taken into account, but given the price, it's absolutely great. I would happily stay there again.

Lovely home! The “smart home” made everything very easy to use. We were offered a key but never used it because the smart locks worked so well. The hosts thought of every little detail, there was even a treat for us waiting the first evening. We felt right at home. It was a great stay and will be our first choice for future trips in the area.

This was an absolutely amazing experience, so clean and tidy! Both baby bed and high chair were ready in the apartment when we arrived (brought a baby on the trip). Central location in a quiet area. Baker and cafe just around the corner. Walking distance to everything. The apartment is elegantly furnished and we felt at home as soon as we walked into the apartment. Beautiful and clean bathrooms, cozy kitchen/living room and great bedrooms. Very nice host who made everything possible for our stay to be great! Provides all information that you need and is available. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again the next time I go to Udine

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a stay in Udine. Especially the location stands out near the center: in a few minutes you can reach all the sights and special places. In the area you will also find very good restaurants and bars. If you travel by car, we recommend the cheap parking Moretti (parcheggio Moretti), from where you can be in the apartment in 5 minutes. Communication with Antonio is very good, he responds to any questions and you can arrange check-in with him flexibly. We were already in the apartment for the second time and we will book with Antonio again for a next Udine stay.
