Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

We had the most perfect time here, the photos don’t give this property the justice it deserves, it honestly exceeded our expectations. Definitely a hidden gem, just absolutely stunning. A perfect slice of Umbria, with a gorgeous pool surrounded by fields of olive trees. Will defiantly be recommended this property and cannot wait to return one day.

This was our second stay at Leonardo's and we had a great time, just like the first time if not more. Leonardo was once again super available, always present and helpful in every respect and in all our needs. The house is clean, comfortable, equipped, quiet, bright and well located, a ten minute walk from the central square and has a beautiful terrace. We highly recommend La Terrazza Porta Conca for your stay in Rieti!

Personally, I've always talked to Marina. Very available and very kind. Super clean house with all the comforts that are necessary. The house has private parking and therefore not for a fee and is only a 3-minute walk from the center of Bevagna. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view out the windows, charming location, and nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Silvia made sure we knew to operate appliances and air conditioning. Helpful restaurant suggestions. We had a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous two houses - perfect for our group of friends. The family lives on site in a separate house but we had exclusive use of the pool which was beautiful - stunning views of the countryside and fabulous sunsets. The location is great - there is a hotel with some restaurants a 3 min walk away which is great, and supermarket just 10 min drive. Easy to get to assissi, perugia and other day trips. Hosts were lovely and communicative. I would say that there were still some woodworms in the house, we could hear them at night! But it didn't bother us too much. Plus there are extra cleaning fees etc which it would be easier to add on airbnb rather than do in cash, but I think this is quite common in Italy. We had a great stay in this beautiful location, would recommend.

Lovely house with beehive in garden (kept separately), table tennis and beautiful plants. Sun loungers and table etc, as per photo. Some areas of house are out of bounds and locked bit house is big enough for family of 5/6. Clean, well kept and some nice touches (honey, olive oil, croissants etc left). Overall a lovely house in peaceful area of Umbria, not far from spoleto town with many restaurant's, historic places etc. Also very close to marmore waterfalls and lakes. Novatol were a little slow replying to emails to ask questions before arrival but the owner was very accommodating and met us at house, showed us around and was very helpful and nice.

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

Great location to use as a base to visit the surroundings of Soriano nel Cimino and Viterbo yet calm, verdant and peaceful surroundings to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. A perfect vacation.

Laura was very welcoming when we arrived, she explained what we could do in every detail and gave us tips on how to get around the neighboring countries. The house is beautiful, spacious for 4 people with a kitchenette that is enough for the small things that can be done during a stay you bite and escape but also to stay a few more days. Too bad we were just there for one night out!

Amazing vill in a lovely Town!

Amazing place, culturally super reach area, nature is pure and very attractive, lots of things to experience and see. Highly recommend. Please make sure you have reliable car-road is unpaved and asks to be very patient. Accommodation is superb and clean. Loved it, coming again for sure and for longer time

Villa del Colle is a beautiful country house, recently renovated, in the heart of medieval Umbria: a stone's throw from Bevagna, the water village, right on the Strada del Sagrantino. An area that is a must for those looking for tranquility and nature, and for those who want to know the most authentic and beautiful side of this region. Simple rooms equipped with everything you need, including the air conditioning that was providential for us. Vanessa's family, who lives and works on the farm where the Villa is part, is thoughtful and kind to the guests. From the welcome to the time of departure, they made us feel at home without ever being intrusive. We chose the stay with breakfast and it was wonderful to wake up in the peace of the countryside and enjoy delicious cookies and homemade sweets in the cool of the covered patio. In the evening, we were surprised by an aperitif that allowed us to get to know some of the delicacies produced on the spot, such as organic extra virgin olive oil, charcuterie and the excellent wine made from the same vineyards that make the landscape all around simply fabulous. A "slow" vacation experience that has allowed us to enter the heart of the most authentic Umbria, where nature gives the best of itself and where everything seems a little suspended over time. Whether it's for a romantic weekend or a solo escape from the chaos of the city, Villa del Colle is a home for anyone. Unforgettable.

If your looking to get off the tourist routes and experience the authentic Italian countryside, then a trip to Umbria is a must. We stayed at this lovely olive farm for two nights. The hosts treated us like family, and made our stay extremely memorable. Out of our entire Tuscany/Umbria trip this valley was the most picturesque and authentic we came across.

What can I say.. we already had many great hosts - but Mariastella and her children were the best thing that could happen to us!! We were warmly received and each of our questions about the place, restaurants and places to see were patiently and kindly answered. By the way, if you want to sit on the lakeside in the first row, reserve!! Stella is also assisting with this. The apartment and the pool is fantastic and we were even able to make pizza in the wood oven. The house is very quiet and yet you are not lonely:-) in the large garden there is sun and shade places and also our dog Nero was more than happy and satisfied Dear Stella with family, We will definitely come back or book your apartment in Rome A presto M.
