We had a great stay at Alessandro’s place! The location is secluded in the mountain/forest area with a spectacular view. Only a short drive from the train station in Prato. The house is filled with character and charm, it truly is an authentic Tuscan experience. We appreciated all the details. The house had everything you could possibly want. As for Alessandro, what a kind, responsive, and helpful host. We were greeted with a warm welcoming, homemade dessert, and sent off with cappuccinos (which may have been the best on the trip). Excellent! Alessandro was always available if you needed to message him. This stay has it all, a great house and a fantastic host. If you are looking for a quiet place, beautiful views, authentic experience, do not hesitate to book here!

Beautiful and exotic apartment, an original and neat decoration, a very pleasant hot tub, perfect bedding. We had a lovely time at Davide and Mathias's place, who, even though we did not meet them, did everything to make our stay easier. Thank you!

Paola was the sweetest and made our stay very enjoyable. We had a lot of rain during our stay so didn’t get to spend as much time outside as I had hoped, but this home was very cozy and the small town nearby made for some easy little outings without having to go into Florence, which was only a 20-30 minute drive. Highly recommend having a car for visiting!

Giulia's place is beautiful and a lot of room. Located very near the train station for easy ride to Florence or any other locations. Plenty of restaurants walking distance and Giulia recommended a few great ones which we enjoyed. Every thing in the house was as advertised and the bed was great to sleep on. Felt very secure in house. If you are hiring a car we recommend parking which is secure under the train station. Only 200 metres away and very very cheap. Very tidy and clean apartment. Thank you Giulia for being a great host

Alessandro and his wife were immediately kind to us. The house is cozy and functional, it has everything you need. They left us a bottle of wine and a bottle of beer and other food in case we didn't have time to shop. Alessandro was available to recommend typical places to see and where to eat. They were great hosts and we will definitely pass by when we return to Florence!

We picked this place to spend our Christmas and new year weeks with my 3 teenagers. Aleasandra and Tom made us feel like home. The place is beautiful, super comfortable (5 of us and had enough space to be very comfortable) and the surroundings are just breathtaking. The photos don’t make justice to the place, you feel in the middle of a movie or fairy tale. Alessandra and Tom were always always responsive, anticipating our needs and making the stay unforgettable. I would definitely return, and recommend anyone reading this to not hesitate and book this place. The bedrooms are big and comfortable, the bathrooms and the kitchen fully equipped with brand new appliances and more than enough to cook a grand feast! One of a kind and a jewel no doubt!

Our stay at Andrea’s place was lovely, the apartment itself is very cosy and she is a wonderful host. The surrounding area is beautiful and has everything you need. It takes a while to get into the centre of Florence but there is good public transport that is easy to navigate and services run regularly.

We were hosted very well by Adele and her family who were very attentive, and throughout the stay, if necessary, with good advice. The accommodation is spacious, good quality, nice terrace with deckchairs and pool access! Perfect for settling in and exploring the area (about 40 minutes to Florence!).
