Simply fantastic!! Very clean and fragrant accommodation, small in size but really well-kept in detail. A stone's throw from free parking and close to the center of Perugia. Inside the property there is a kettle, a coffee maker (with which the host offered coffee and milk pods), tea bags, and brioche for breakfast. Be careful because the stove and pans are missing, so if you plan to cook in the apartment, keep this in mind, while dishes, glasses and cutlery are available. Super reliable and responsive host, highly recommended!

The lack of TV in the apartments and to prefer to this a wide variety of musical CDs is very good. Hugues is a exquisite and polite person. Our stay in a holiday home in a quaint valley near Gualdo Tadino, Umbria, was a great experience. The location of the house was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and in an ideal place to explore the surroundings. The green landscape offered us exactly the relaxation we were looking for. Also close to restaurants and grocery stores. (5 mins) The hostess (and gentleman :-))made our stay really special. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to advise us on getaways and local attractions. However, what we appreciated most was the delicious homemade desserts she brought us from time to time. From tiramisu to fresh pannacotta, every dish was a treat. In addition, we got fresh tomatoes from her garden, which were really full of taste. The house was comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely terrace where we could enjoy the surroundings. We had brief problems with the electricity, but that was quickly fixed. Great.

Excellent communication with the host, who responds quickly. Nice and spacious room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom and common areas impeccably clean. Location 10 - 15 minutes walk from the city center. I recommend it to everyone.

As soon as we finished our stay in Perugia at Nevio's place. We found a comfortable and welcoming environment. Modern and refined. Just as described. We immediately felt at home. Breakfast included. Little attention that made us feel pampered. The bed is comfortable. The right spaces for a couple on vacation. Work space and relaxation corner with sofa. Detailed check-in directions. I am very responsive with responses to our requests. Positive experience. We'll definitely be back.

Our stay was enchanting, a dream location, in the pool you can admire the view of the hills. The room is delicious, the kitchen is small but essential and complete with everything. The hosts are friendly and discreet. Our son had so much fun with a pool, cats, vegetable garden and all that well-kept greenery. Highly recommended for relaxing.

The farmhouse is great. We only stayed one night because we only leaned on our trip, but I would have been happy to stop more!

Rita has an amazing ABNB, beautiful home, surroundings are extremely peaceful and private. Close to resteraunts, shops and beautiful Olive orchards and vineyards.
