Villa holiday rentals in Province of Pavia

Very good stay with our 3 children at Ernesto's. The house is still very outdated, but it seems like some work is planned. The equipment is quite worn too, but it is there and functional. For this price has a strategic location in northern Italy that's fine.

We were very happy to have stayed in Stefania's house! I recommend this destination to those who want to spend days in peace. The house is large, very welcoming and super clean. Stefania was very precise, provided us with all the necessary information and made herself available for anything we might need. I'd add that she was also very nice, because she gave us a bottle of wine and brought us some lentils (super good) that she had cooked for New Year's Eve.

As always with Andrea, we are at home! We booked with ease; we had a great time, the house is delightful, full of a thousand tricks and historical details of the region. It is also in a beautiful, restful green setting. Great for moments as a couple or with friends or family. Laura, who takes care of the management and cleaning of the house, was really kind and helpful. Thanks Andrea for your hospitality! We recommend it 100%

the villa is divided into two apartments. we stayed in the one upstairs. Corrado explained to us that in the case of pets he tries to avoid renting both apartments at the same time to avoid problems. So we were able to enjoy the garden and other spaces entirely for us. The apartment matches the photos. Great terrace for dinners, barbecues and aperitifs. The air conditioning was really useful during our stay. Corrado and his wife welcomed us upon our arrival and it was nice to chat with them and ask them questions about the area. I recommend it for a relaxing stay!

Loved our stay at the house. The house is right next to a kids play area which was perfect for us. Easy access to the center and the house is located in a calm residential area. The house is fully equipped, mosquito nets on all the windows etc. The place is very clean and exactly as described. We came to visit someone who was graduating and it was a very nice place to return to and relax after the celebrations. Everyone slept really well, highly recommend.

A very nice place to stay at Ion. Everything was coincident according to the photos. Very friendly and helpful at all times. I recommend it!

We are three adult couples, each with three children under the age of one. The spacious, tidy and clean structure allowed us to spend a week in total relaxation and well-being. We were greeted by the caretaker Niku, who was helpful, even offering us vegetables from his garden. The villa consists of a ground floor: a large living room well furnished with a fireplace, a dining room with a long wooden table, a bathroom and a very large kitchen equipped with everything you need. The upper floor has two large bedrooms, well isolated from each other with private bathrooms. In the garden there is an annex, used as a bedroom with bathroom. Outside there is a gazebo with a table where you can have breakfast, lunch and hang out while looking at the view. Long and comfortable pool. Equipped with sun loungers and umbrella. In conclusion, we found everything in order, well-kept and clean. Villa on top of a hill among the vineyards. Despite the heat, the climate was breezy and cool.

The house was absolutely perfect for our group! Unfortunately, the weather did not play along so we could not use the pool, but it was still a perfect stay with Stefano 👍🏻

Very beautiful villa, looks like in the pictures- or even better in real live. There's not much to do in the village, but that was also not what we expected. Martina & her team shared some recommendations for restaurants and wineries in the area. We stayed there for 3 nights end of September and it was quote fresh during the night. She brought us some extra blankets the other day. We would had to pay extra €100 for the garbage collection, in our opinion, is a very high fee to only collect garbage of a 3-day-stay. But all in all, we had a great time at Martina's and enjoyed our girls trip to the fullest.

I celebrated my birthday with them, a beautiful location both inside and outside, very kind hosts and super available at any time to make everything as I imagined. We had a themed party designing step-by-step every detail together and it was more beautiful than I could imagine. Zoè created not only a fantastic environment but also worked on every last detail to make it perfect for the theme of the evening; starting from large decorations such as boards and wall set-ups to small details for the table, all personalized with the utmost accuracy and taste. The house inside was very clean, very nice and very well cared for. I'm so glad I chose this place and I'm sure I'll come back to them to celebrate other occasions.

my family and I had a fantastic 10 days at the villa, enjoying the amazing pool, which was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The villa was spacious with all the amenities. We were given plenty of helpful local recommendations and any questions asked were promptly answered. A great place to stay.

Perfect and beautiful house in lovely landscape. Ideal for a couple days of hideaway and relaxing. Bear in mind that there are not many sights close by - however, this means that there are not many tourists in the area. Absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, after an upgrade to the beautifully designed and spacious apartment! An extremely welcoming welcome by Peter and Gaetano (and dog Alladino), with a good bottle spumanti and all the info we needed. The tranquility, the beautiful view, the tasteful apartment, the saltwater pool and the hospitality made for a very happy holiday. Also the area with nice villages and Acqui Therme is attractive. Recommended!

Eric is a great host. Friendly and fast responsive. Even if we arrived a bit later, he was there waiting for us with the keyes. Apartment is nice and clean. I can realy recommend this place

What a place and what hosts! Immediately we felt at home and welcome in Antonella's authentic Italian house. The barbecue area and of course the pool was most used and we enjoyed it. Outstanding views of the plain and mountains. Antonella was very friendly and welcoming and gave a good review of the house which was well equipped with everything you need. Will get lots of local recommendations and the area was thrilled to explore, we could go on:) Thank you!

Rosi and Alex are incredibly welcoming, sweet people. They welcomed our big family in their home and looked after us well. You will be staying in Rosi and Alex's house, they stay in the same house. We have not been bothered by this, they are discreet and quiet. Rosi can cook very well and breakfast is also well catered for. Thanks Rosi and Alex!

Our family had the best time staying at Gertrude Jan’s home. We left the house truly relaxed. My 14 teenager described the view as looking like a “green screen”. It was stunning. The entire family slept well, the beds were great. Matteo was an excellent host. We had the pleasure of drinking his wine which was fantastic. 100% we will be back and recommend the place to friends.

Very nice and large house. Piacenza hills are a real beauty a stone's throw from Milan!

Lovely country house, spacious and private. The house is very well maintained, the pool was amazing with lots of water toys for the kids to play around with. The ping pong table, foosball, and basketball hoop made this a very fun place for the kids big and small. We were two families, 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space! We would be happy to come back.
