We stayed in the apartment with our children for almost a week. Particularly noteworthy is the location - really optimal - this is right by the beach where there is also a playground. Parking is also available in the neighborhood on the street just 50 m away - on arrival you can stop directly in front of the house entrance and comfortably unload your luggage. Rose and Paulo are super organized and very helpful, really great people and TOP hosts ☺️ We will be happy to come back - certainly in the off-season, as the area is then very relaxed.

We were in Grado for 5 days with our two children over New Year's Eve. The apartment is very well located, you were quickly at the beach, at the nearby supermarket or at the local restaurants. The apartment itself has one bedroom and one living room separated by a sliding partition with a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen was very well equipped: dishes, glasses, cutlery, toaster, small oven, pots, kitchen knives, cutting boards and also a basic set of spices, oil and balsamic. There was also a washing machine, iron and clothes rack on site. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

The location of the apartment is perfect, especially with a dog. The apartment itself is just as: well laid out, super clean and cozy. In the kitchen and bathroom, everything is available. And the sunny balcony overlooking the square is the highlight! Donatella arranges the entrance to the pedestrian zone for unloading in advance, and she is there herself at check-in. From the start, communication with her is very easy and warm. We will be happy to come back very soon.

We had a very nice long weekend in Grado. Accommodation met all our expectations. Tastefully decorated, clean, cozy apartment with modern furniture. In terms of location, it is located in a calm, quiet street not far from the old town, in an easy walking distance. Ugo is a very fair, friendly Transient Lodging Tax. She was responsive to all our questions. We had a wonderful spring weekend at her place. Thank you! We will be back for sure.
