Sandy Feet exceeded our expectations! It’s a great modern one bedroom unit looking out over the beautiful pool area with nice vegetation that gives you some privacy. You also have your own outdoor shaded seating area with 4 chairs and a table overlooking the pool. The BBQ is quite new and cooked our steaks beautifully. The bed, pillows and linens were all top quality and the A/C worked great to keep cool at night. The welcome package of water, snacks and sodas was a nice touch and much appreciated. The unit is a 5 minute walk to public beach access and also The Shore Club which has two very good restaurants. We had a rental car which I would highly recommend and the parking spots at the unit are in the shade all day which was a bonus. Laverne is an awesome host and answered all our queries very promptly and also gave us great suggestions on places to go and which restaurants were the best. I can’t emphasize enough what a great experience we had staying at Sandy Feet-see you next year!

Had an excellent stay at the Poco Villa, Micheal is a great host, makes sure someone is there to greet you, and shows you around the property, unit had all the basic necessities, the patio is really nice for enjoying a drink after a long day at the beach. The best part for my wife and I was their very friendly cat, Tica, who would always greet us in the morning and when coming back from the beach, Tica also loves treats so make sure to bring her some. Definitely will stay here again when traveling to Turks and Caicos.

Hosts are amazing and very friendly. They gave us a lot of good recommendations on what to do on the island. They also respond to the messages very quickly. The facility itself is very nice, so is the apartment - it was very clean. Since this was a part of our honeymoon, we were very surprised to find some surprises in the apartment. Thank you!

Keno's place is perfect for budget travelers, which I am, who don't want to sacrifice location. It's less than .1 mi to the white sandy beaches. Also, beach chairs, towels and an umbrella were provided. I used them all daily. The fridge, coffee maker and toaster saved on eating out for breakfast. Food is really pricey, so I was glad for this. There were fresh white towels and the bathroom seemed recently renovated. Overall, the home is well described and the reviews are pretty spot on. The noise from upstairs was noticeable and did wake me up several times. No parties, just a lot of movement. Also, the bed is not the most comfortable, but doable. Again, it's great for budget travelers who want to stay in a great location. I would recommend for that reason!

We’ve been staying in airbnbs for 12 years and this is one of the best. Although the interior is beautiful, clean, modern and well equipped, what really makes it stand out is the outdoor space. A large infinity pool overlooking the sea has sun all day, and is surrounded by a huge double-decker patio with lots of available shade, gorgeous Caribbean views and plenty of comfy, cushioned seating. The sunsets were so beautiful that on several nights we decided to stay in to watch the sun go down, and eat dinner under the stars. Great neighbourhood filled with seaside villas and 2 of the best beaches on the island (Sapadilla Bay and Taylor Bay).

Where tranquility meets pleasure… our Host communicated prior, during and after our stay. He was attentive helpful, and all in all a hospitable Host. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Quaint. Clean. Close walking beach access. Lots of amenities to save: water, grill, beach ware items. Pool! Security. The profile could use some wide angle photos of bathroom. Pleasantly surprised of its size (& good water pressure/instant water heater so always had hot water). Very responsive hosts. I’m a light sleeper and to drown out street noise, the AC has a fan only option to create white noise. Individual patio to sit outside and gaze at beautiful and tropical garden 🪴 It is small - as described. I prepared for really small based on reviews. It seems to be size of an automobile garage bay turned into studio as a size reference. You either sit/lay down to read or watch Netflix in eve as only chair is a small pub stool meant for short seating duration. Chair is outside on porch to sit. Reasonably priced for its beach proximity and amenities.

Great stay!!! Best parts: Extremely clean and serviceable. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Snorkel right from the beach! (Make sure you snorkel OUTSIDE of the buoys!) We saw turtles, an octopus, barracuda, spotted rays, squid and many types of fish. Somewhere Cafe was right at the end of the sidewalk and had a beautiful view and great food (even for vegans like us). BONUS: Very friendly and adorable pale orange kitty who lives on the complex property and came to visit for treats and pets. When the AC drain backed up in one of the BRs and leaked on the floor, Wayne was extremely responsive and got it taken care of right away. Sherryl and Wayne were great property managers. (Thank you both!) Note: Yes, there's construction right next door. It didn't bother us. It wasn't bothersome while inside or on the beach, and that's where we spent most of our time. Totally worth it for the amazing location, fantastic snorkeling, and great accommodations!

Michael's condo was magnificent. Excellent location, secure parking and easy access. It was wonderful having a fully stocked kitchen for making breakfast and lunches. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of linens and it is beautifully decorated. Michael had any and all beach essentials you could need. Michael was an excellent host, responded quickly to all of our questions and checked in on us mid stay. I highly recommend Michael's place, we will definitely stay there again when we return to Turks and Caicos!

Wonderful location for walking to the restaurants, beach and the grocery store in Grace Bay. Nice clean small condo complex with lap pool, seating and grill area. Patio feels private and great for outside dining. Photos are accurate. I visit TCI frequently and will rent again.

This villa was a great getaway and highly recommended to anyone who’s looking for a well kept home away from home on a beautiful island. Highly recommended!

This is a great economical option. It's a no frills type apartment. That is well kept. Plenty of space in the apartment. The host are awesome and answer right back.

I really enjoyed my stay- everything was as described. Quiet and relaxing- close to Leeward beach and Grace bay as well. This place is clean and it has everything you need for your vacation. I was mainly communicating with Charlene and she was so nice. I called her few times for some questions and she was always very responsive and helpful. She also recommended restaurants to go and places to visit. Overall excellent experience!

This was a wonderful getaway! The location is amazing, lodging was wonderful. Any hiccup that happened Stanley was there to help ASAP. I will stay at one of his properties again when I revisit T&C paradise. Highly recommend!

Everything we wanted. Beautiful villa right on the beach. The beach felt private with only a couple or two there every day. There’s plenty of chairs, towels, beach gear. We used the paddle boards and watched a lot of kite surfers. The space had a kitchen w everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch throughout the week. The deck was amazing and we used three hot tub a few times. Having the car was awesome as we used it to get groceries, go to dinners, and explore the island. We will be back!

Beautiful condo steps from the beach. The unit was perfect for a week vacation with kids home from college. The pictures were accurate and check in was one of the easiest ever. Plenty extra touches in the unit that were appreciated. IE nice beach towels, Basket of paper goods and tide pods. One restaurant next door, Pelican Bay. Was perfect to stop over. Other restaurants and shopping are easy 10 to 15 minute walk. Also-- parking lot is gated for extra security. Would highly recommend staying at this property

I had a wonderful stay at Antonio’s place! The space was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Antonio and his wife was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had all the information I needed to enjoy my time there. The location was perfect for a couple it’s private and was close by activities and restaurants . I truly felt at home during my stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for being such a great host!

We would book here again! Overall, Nicole's lovely condo and the property as a whole exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictures and description. Extremely clean with everything we needed. Bonus was the heavy duty beach umbrella, which was needed with the strong winds. Quiet building, clean pools and clean hot tub. The property is very well cared for. Loved being on this level as we could just step off our balcony and be on the main deck or in the pool. Amazing view of the ocean from room. Good quality bed. Very safe area to walk to a couple of restaurants at Turtle Cove- Baci Restaurante was our fav. Sharkbites pub was nice for casual. Disappointed with Mango Reef - food and service not very good for the high price. Down on Grace Bay Beach our favs were The FARM, Somewhere Cafe, and Hemmingways. Neko was quick with responses to a couple of questions we had. Thank you Nicole and to Neko for his service. Rented car from Scooter Bob's = excellent company.

This was our 8th trip to Turks and we had never stayed in Leeward before. We liked it as it’s away from the hotel strip but only a 10 min drive to get to the Ritz or the main restaurants/grocery etc. There’s also a beach that’s about a 10 min walk away. The building is super quiet and we had the pool to ourselves each time we went. The condo itself is spacious for a couple and clean and has beach chairs/towels/snorkelling equipment included. The outdoor patio is comfortable and faces a garden that is between the unit and the road. Thanks for a great last minute stay Adam!

We enjoyed our stay at Steve’s place. Conveniently located by an amazing evening restaurant called mango reef. As well as some other restaurants all within walking distance. Place was perfect for 2. Cute and peaceful with an ocean view. Not far from Grace Bay. Had plenty of amenities. Worth the money.
