I have stayed at a lot of airbnbs, but none have come close to this one! Fred and Kelly run an absolute beauty of an airbnb, the place is exactly as described, clean and tidy and the hosts have thought of every little thing you may need. They have equipped the room fully and are thoughtful enough to even include small items like cuticle scissors, nail files, tampons, bathrobes etc. that really make a huge difference to the comfort level of the stay and the convenience. They even provided instructions/suggestions for travel and things to see in the area and are extremely proactive with updating the guests about any issues or disruptions with public transport and even provided alternative route suggestions. I look forward to staying with Fred and Kelly on my next visit, they were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommended stay!

What a great find! Super location 10ish minute walk from Amsterdam Central if coming in by train. The stairs could be a challenge to the top, but hey you’re in Amsterdam and this is how the Dutch do stairs. Joris was great, super responsive. Space was clean with a super comfy bed. Definitely recommend.

Great communication before our stay, stayed in touch during visit, gave super restaurant recommendations, thoughtful touch for us since was our anniversary. You are staying right in the heart of Amsterdam here, just a couple steps away from so much to do with the wonderful cafe culture in city, and also quiet at night. We would 100% stay here again, great host in a great location in a great city!

The place was just like the images and description. It was idyllic, drenched in the Magique of nature. The breakfasts in the morning were warm and lovely by the fireplace. The details to the house were just lovely. Loved getting to interact with the 2 little doggos of the house:). Made our entire visit so warm and cosy. The wi-fi was great for anyone who wants to get work done. Just the day of checking out - our flight was unfortunately several hours later to check out time and we got stuck outside in the cold, non stop rain. I’d just recommend going here when it’s not super rainy cos then you don’t get to enjoy the patio or the garden or walking outside. Thankyou babette and team for the warm memorable experience :).

Everything was great! The room was very comfortable, the restaurant next to the hotel (and linked to it) is not cheap but it’s excellent and the ambiance warm and welcoming. We felt at home in both the room and the restaurant. It’s located in a little park with a nice lawn, and big and beautiful trees, it’s just incredible to find that in this neighbourhood, it’s like being in the countryside but in the middle of the city. It’s also very calm and cosy. It’s less than 50 minutes walk from the center of Amsterdam and less than 30 minutes by metro. We enjoyed the place a lot! We recommend it without any hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at the B&B. Our host Ana was very helpful and friendly, the flat was clean and fulfilled our expectation, our favourite part was the green space outside which felt like a garden. It was very handy to be just next to the Metro station to reach the city easily. I would definitely go there again for a stay in Amsterdam with friends.

I highly recommend this place. It's a great place to stay. The room was wonderful with air conditioning, very clean, and spacious in a quiet location. The host family was very caring and kind, and keen to help. There's a Lidl just a few minutes away for groceries and shopping.

Ruby was super easy to check in and out of. Anything we needed was provided. And it’s less than a five minute was to the train, so easy to get anyway. The room was clean, communication was great, bartenders were lovely. I would stay here again on my next visit to Amsterdam.

Anita’s house is located in a very beautiful surrounding. The house is very private and peaceful. Near to the tourist attractions by car. The host is very responsive. A very good location to relax for a few days. There is also an outdoor terrace and barbecue.

Kenneth was a great host - very friendly and pro active with communication. We chose to stay in Zaandam to escape the noise of Amsterdam and Kenneth's place was great for this. Nice quiet neighbourhood and the other guests and Kevin were quiet to so we slept well. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice shower and had tea and coffee making facilities, small fridge and microwave so could do a bit of self catering. It's also easy access to the train station which we used to visit Zaanse Schanse, Amsterdam and going to/from airport. The video Kenneth provided to go from train station to his place was awesome 👍 There are plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes in Zaandam and we felt very safe. We would definitely recommend staying at Kenneth's place - thanks again for your hospitality.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the guesthouse. The room was huge yet cozy. And the view is truly magical. Loved waking up to the sun and watching the boats pass. The breakfast is really cute, got everything u need. There is also a small kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, that you can use throughout the day. The location is amazing because it is quiet, beautiful and walking distance from the center. Lots of cute cafes and restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again next time😊
