Beachfront holiday rental in Preveli beach

Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

We adored the information and welcome message from Elizabeth. All the information was sent proactively and were very useful - fantastic! Lily house is as described in the offer - again fantastic! The area was very calm and not so many tourists, the view on the sea breathtaking - you can admire each morning and whenever you want. The garden with swing and other toys for children makes it perfect for families. House has all necessary things you need and it is very specious. It is located close to the beaches (the small one with stones is great as well) and other places that you can visit - we were very happy to be able sightseeing with children (lots of attractions 30 min to 1h by car). Crete in itself is very beautiful so I would recommend it to everyone. Lily is a very very kind owner of the house - even though our flight was delayed, she welcomed us very friendly with fruits and some sweets platters. We recommend the place to everyone and we will definitely come back! Thank you!

We stayed in Frangokastello for a week in the fall with our three children. We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts and even received various regional food gifts, including feta, pastries and citrus fruits. The property itself offers everything you need. We especially liked the oven and the beach. In low season the place is very, very quiet, there is only a handful of tavernas in the whole area and a few supermarkets that are open. But that didn't bother us any further.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Manolis's apartment for six nights. It is spacious, clean, conveniently-located to the old harbor/town, and so comfortable! There are two private, covered balconies - front & back of the apartment building - both offering great views. It was nice to be able to slide these doors open for the breeze. You will find a large portable clothes drying rack on the back balcony. It came in handy and our clothes dried within two days. The king-sized bed was super comfy. We didn't have a need for the second bedroom which had two twin beds or the oven/stovetop. There was plenty of surface space for our items, including in the bathroom, which is a big plus. The available parking spot was very convenient. The bus line was close by. We used the bus for a day hiking Samaria Gorge, as well as a couple times to hang out at Sunset Beach (~20 min ride). Communication with Manolis was perfect. We even had the pleasure of meeting his lovely mom. Recommended!

Exceptional Stay! We had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and right at home. The apartment was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't thank the host enough for their incredible hospitality and availability to help us with our needs. We highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

We were two couples sharing this apartment and it was well equipped and spacious, as per the photos. The beds were comfortable with good quality linen and it was nice to have shower and beach towels. The large balcony was a great space with a good view but two of our party have slight hearing issues and the traffic noise made conversation difficult at times. However the location of the apartment is great with such an interesting beach and sea view. We swam frequently and it was easy to pop down at all times of the day and evening. The walk to the old town was pleasant and easy and it was well worth a walk to the castle. We had a problem with the fob not working to access the parking area but Constantine responded quickly and resolved it. Despite the parking space being on the small side we had no issues with a medium sized car that fitted 4 adults and luggage comfortably. Constantine met us to show us the parking and apartment despite being quite busy which we appreciated.

This is a great place to stay. Very private. Clean comfortable. Daniela and Kosta are there for any questions. We had a great time and will be returning next year!!! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful and relaxing stay at Aggeliki’s home in Lentas. We were on our baby moon so it was just what we needed - Very relaxing and a stone throw away from the beach and restaurants! Not many crowds which was exactly what I was looking for. Highly Recommend

We live Eleni’s villa. Superbly well equipped spotless and great location. We were greeted with lots of home baked goodies (delicious) fruit wine and raki’s. They brought extra toys for our 22 month old and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Second visit and hopefully not the last. Thank you (both) eleni’s for all you did to make our holiday so Memorable. Anne

Great atmosphere and great service.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished, clean and has a fantastic location right on the beach. The surrounding area is perfect for sightseeing (close to Chania, Aptera) and hiking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very friendly - there were even some Greek delicacies to welcome us. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this place! Thank you very much!

We can highly recommend Nikos beach house. Nikos is very friendly and helpful. The house has a very high quality, the small garden is peaceful and the beach is perfect for a morning swim and for snorkelling. Would even recommend the coffee and pastry at Matts cafe! We used the outside barbecue a couple of times with meat from the butcher in the town - and it was delicious.

Such a wonderful place to be and relax. Panormos is a nice little town with some good taverns to walk to and beautiful beaches just a few car minutes away. The house was also great. We would definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic fortnight at Villa Eleftherios. Ksenila responded so quickly to any query we had before arriving and throughout our stay. Ideal location only a couple of minutes walk from shops and tavernas but quiet. Pool was a great bonus and being so Lucy with the weather we spent all our time in the outside space. Very clean. Everything you need for a great holiday. Would highly recommend and we hope to return again.

The apartment was exactly as described and photos. Property is tidy. A few minutes walk to the beach and is very good for swimming. The sand is fine and solar beds available. The stay went very well and we were very happy with the stay.

What an amazing place! Ioannis has thought about everything you could ever need and it is there!! Every thing was immaculate, beautiful white linen, beach towels, the best kitchen ever. Ioannis very thoughtfully had provided large bottles of water and fresh fruit in the fridge which I thought was wonderful. We had a problem on arrival which was sorted so quickly, thank you Ioannis! We have been to many Airb&bs and this was the best. So near the sea and fantastic restaurants, i miss the wonderful food! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay at Dimi’s place. Right from the booking confirmation Dimi’s communication with us was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. He gave us recommendations for where to eat and places to visit. We love the village of Bali, lots to do and great places to eat. The views from the balcony which surrounds the apartment are just stunning and we spent most of our time out there! The 4 nearby beaches are gorgeous-safe with lots of water activities and crystal clear water- amazing! Great for snorkelling. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to return. The apartment had everything we needed for our month long stay here.

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

Wonderful location with beautiful views of the sunrise, mountains and the sea. We enjoyed being near the sheep farms - it was fun to watch them!Easy walk into Panormos. Lots of amazing restaurants close by. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home and would gladly stay here again!

Giannis and Maria's place is the perfect holiday place if you're looking for peace of mind, quiet and privacy, an amazing beach and tavern in walking distance, and the beautiful city of Chania just 20 minutes away, with all you can ask for! Beautiful villa by the sea. The house is very well equipped, we did not lack for anything. All three bedrooms are very comfortable and the bedding is excellent. The view from the house is exceptional, there is direct access to a beautiful beach, wild, we loved it! Can't wait to come back! Georges was very welcoming and always attentive. He gave us some very good places to eat and we really appreciated the attention when we arrived. There was wine, olive oil, sodas… Thank you so much, we had a great holiday 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside Villa Lavrys. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, but do keep in mind that you’ll need a car to get around as the location is a bit remote. Taxi transportation from Chania costs around €30. What truly made our experience special was our host, Alex. From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offering great local tips and assistance whenever needed. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Alex’s family was also very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Crete, and Alex’s hospitality made it even better.

We were totally delighted with the place and its amenities. Something I hadn't realized and which is a disturbing hair are the parties at the pool next door twice a week. Apart from that, everything is perfect. The hosts are charming and the two owners are very attentive. We will come back without hesitation.
