Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Preston

This loft is full of historical charm with hardwood floors, large windows and very spacious rooms. It is located in the heart of Denison and only steps to Main Street shopping and excellent restaurants! It is located next door to the Police department so we felt completely safe at all times. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate my early check in request and quickly responded to my emails. The beds were super soft and I hope would recommend to anyone planning a trip to this area.

This was such a unique and fun place to stay! The Katy Depot has come such a long way and looks absolutely stunning on the inside. We barely had to leave the building. The Stafford House is a GORGOUS little steakhouse on the first floor, and the George Tavern is awesome for some late night bites and live music. The coffee shop was great too! You have to stay here at least once to experience history!

Pegs place was a good place for me and my family very communicative she gave me extra checkout time so that was a plus in my book It’s very home away from home style She had everything you needed too cook clean do your laundry we used it all The bathtub was deep enough for a comfortable bath My son had enough room too play in the backyard and she’s pet friendly so that was another plus in my book I will be back as I used too be a local Denison resident but it was all good great and all the above

Easy entry, great communication when we had a question, and easy check in and out. Really cute decor and details, cozy, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard for our dog. Bedding was comfortable but mattress was too firm for our liking, though I know that's a personal taste. Really appreciated that we had everything we needed. Thank you!

Nice stay near lake Texoma. Beach for the kids to play is close by. Newer build house is very nice and clean, good bedroom setup for families with kids. Nice and quiet spot. We came down to chill and fish for a few days and it’s just what we needed. Would stay again. Great hosts with timely responses.

My family & I had a wonderful time at The Lilac House for Thanksgiving! The house was even better than the pictures portrayed. Rosemary thought of everything, and her communication from start to finish was much appreciated. We are looking forward to booking our next stay. Thank you, Rosemary for opening The Lilac house up to my family & I. The memories that were made were priceless! Our 2.5 year old granddaughter keeps saying “Oklahoma”. Awesome place right next to Tanglewood resort and just within walking distance from Lake Texoma. Would recommend staying here over at the resort, with better accommodations, and better value. Had a little hiccup and the host was quick to fix it. Will plan to book here again next year.
