beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The city center is about 2.1 km away, shopping facilities for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity. For children there are several playgrounds nearby and also the connection to the island of Rügen is very conveniently located. Not only two- and four-legged friends are welcome.

This historic accommodation in Ostseena's surroundings is much to discover. A rural garden with a large, fully fenced run for dogs make the approximately 5000 m2 property unique. On the loggia, there is, among other things, a bed, which can be used as a cozy outdoor sofa bed or adventure bed. The location between Rostock and Bad Doberan is conveniently located and only 10 km to the Baltic Sea. A bus stop is very close to the house.
