Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Premantura

The apartment is very centrally located and you can easily walk to everything in town. The apartment was as pictured and has everything you need. The air conditioning is essential in the hot weather. The apartment was incredibly clean. Petar lives in the house (on the first floor) and can always be reached. We were happy to be guests here and would come back.

Our stay at Ana's was great. The apartment is right next to the national park, so you can just walk there to hike, swim, snorkel, kayak, etc. In Pramentura itself you can go out for a nice dinner in the evening. In the apartment, we had plenty of space for two. We particularly liked the small garden and the terrace. Everything was very clean. Ana herself was always available and very helpful. We will be happy to come back. :)

Katarina and Armin was very kind and helpful. They had help us really quick when we lost the apartment key and also helped us to order cats food. Communication and responsiveness was also their strong side. The apartment is very comfy and perfectly equipped (especially kitchen). We loved the blender to do our morning shakes. We were able to stay there for almost two months and live/work normally. Definitely a place to recommend!

Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

Ivan's place is very convenient, very clean, as described. We particularly enjoyed the private terrace for barbecues and efficient air conditioning by 32 ° C. In addition, Ivan is very friendly and very responsive to our requests. Perfect location to shine in Istria. Wonderful stay!

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

We stayed at Samo's place as a group of 8 people. This was as in the pictures and equipped with everything you could wish for. The house was very secluded, so we didn't have to worry about confronting residents. The size of the pool is perfect for swimming in it as well. Samo was a great host and always easily accessible. We recommend a car for the stay to get to the beach and as the supermarket in the village only had a very small selection and was a little more expensive. We will be happy to come back! _________________ We were a group of 8 at Samo's apartment. The House was as expected and described. Everything works. The Location is in a small village near Pula without any neighbours. We were on our own and we enjoyed this freedom. Pool Size was very good not only for chilling. It was possible to swim aswell. Samo is very kind and want to help every time. A car is recommended because the store in the village is very small.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely vacation home with a pool. The house was clean and peaceful, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Although we encountered a minor hiccup with the gas running out on the first evening, the host quickly came to our rescue, demonstrating their excellent responsiveness and hospitality. We also enjoyed the delightful presence of the host's two friendly cats and both of her dogs, who would occasionally visit and roam around the house. It added an extra touch of charm to our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this vacation home for a tranquil and enjoyable holiday.

We came to Fazana spontaneously and had a very nice time there. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, is equipped with everything and more and the huge garden was a dream, especially with a dog. Hot tub and grill are at your disposal and all windows are equipped with fly screens. Zlatko is a wonderful host, he welcomed us warmly with drinks and cookies and was always easily accessible. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend it :)

The house was very clean and tidy and has everything you need. Taty is a great hostess, always available and gives the best tips for excursions and restaurants with organization and table reservation. The pool is large and very clean, the jacuzzi is as good as new and has all the necessary functions, the sauna as well. We spent every morning and evening on the large terrace. During the day we were either on the beach or on excursions to the nearby towns of Rovinj and Pula. In Svetvincenat itself there is a castle with an escape game and we arrived in time for the cheese market. A wonderful vacation and we'd love to come back to Taty. The huge garden was very popular with our dogs and walks and jogs are possible directly from the house.

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.
