Holiday rentals with beach access in Préfailles

my husband and I stayed four nights. Very clean house, every comfort, ocean view, comfortable bed, superior kitchen, impeccable bathroom. Thank you to Anne-Flore for your kindness and guidance. You can take nice walks without hanging out or moving to neighboring towns. This is a place I recommend.

A small apartment but very well arranged and functional. It is located 2 min walk from the beach. Great for kids. Our hosts were responsive and proactive about our arrival. I would recommned this property.

Very pleasant stay in the duplex of Maëva and Cyrille who are attentive and responsive hosts (quick response and very attentive). The accommodation is very cozy, tastefully decorated and really very charming to stay with your partner 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 The kitchen is fully-equipped. 👍Nothing is missing. Great little house in a quiet residence 6 minutes from the beach! Very well hosted by Sandrine who explained everything to us very well, we had a very nice stay.

We stayed 4 days and although the weather was capricious Cala didn't stop us from having a very good time. The house is perfect, the decoration neat, in detail and cozy , it is very well-equipped. In a very quiet environment. Super comfy bedding! A 3-minute walk from the beach, a pleasure to oxygenate and take a walk. Stéphanie was very friendly and responded quickly from the start to all my questions. I'll order you.

Very clean accommodation, spacious and suitable for children, great location close to all amenities, Audrey adapted to our late arrival, it is nevertheless missing basics in the kitchen (salt, sugar...).

My 5th stay at Virginia and Sebastien's apartment, the second “winter version”, just as pleasant and refreshing as summer. As always, I was able to appreciate Virginia's responsiveness in case of questions, the calm of the apartment, the magnificent view, the "cocooning" side of the mezzanine with its comfortable bed with sea view and reading nook, the possibility of doing everything on foot or by transport (even in winter, you can take the bus to La Baule and Guérande at the foot of the Residence). At each stay, I discover new amenities: this time Virginia and Sébastien had the good idea to add a small cart on which you can store supplies, very convenient! Please think about all these little details that make the apartment even more functional. See you soon for a 6th stay!

Caroles appartment is absolutly fantastic, well designed and equipped with a personal touch. On the arrival day we received a friendly service from Solene and the when we left again. We will recommend this place and appartment very much - value for money !

Very pleasant stay in Serge's place. Very quiet environment. Proximity to the sea on foot is a plus. Possibility to also go to the center of Pornichet and to La Baule on foot, for the regulars of the Merche. Comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen. Remarkable welcome with small touches left in the apartment like we had never encountered in rbnb (breakfast, yogurt, brioches, jams , fruit ...) and bicycles at our disposal very useful because the accommodation is located in a secluded area, access to the city center is not quickly accessible on foot. Total change of scenery providing an end of the world feel and magnificent panoramas offered by the customs path at the foot of the building. thank you Annick for your welcome .
