Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Praya Barat

We had a good time staying at the house. Located in the city, the house is close to local markets, malls, restaurants, parks, and is within roughly equal distance from the three areas of our main interest, namely: Sengigi/Bangsal, Kuta Mandalika, and Mount Rinjani. The neighborhood is quiet, despite proximity to a mosque, we weren't disturbed by the calls to pray. The house is located inside a gated, secured community, with considerate, quiet neighbors. We felt safe at all times. The house has a working kitchen, we cooked some meals there, it was pleasant. At a relatively lower price point, this house also has a good washing machine and places to hang wet laundry, a major plus for us. The host is very friendly, responsive, and is proactive in offering advice. Overall, we will not think twice about staying here again, provided that we are lucky enough to find it available.

We had a great stay at the tranquil nest Mr. Nok is very kind and accommodating and the house is very well kept and in a good location!

The location offers a great location and breathtaking view. The house manager Angun (Yuni) and her team made our stay a great experience. From arrival, restaurant and tour recommendations and the daily breakfast, everything was perfect. Yuni is an extraordinary and lovely host.

If you are going to Lombok, you need to book here!! While the pictures are accurate to what is provided, it is much more beautiful in person!! The host arranged airport transfer for us late at night, and when we arrived at the villa we had Alil waiting for us. He helped with our bags and showed us around the space. The beds are comfortable, the AC works great, and the WiFi was strong. The pool is large and the perfect temperature. Twice a day the pool and the yard are cleaned, and we were brought fresh coconuts and papaya from the tree outside. Alil went above and beyond for us, always making sure we had everything we needed. He handled all of our trips outside the villa, and the communication was the best we have received at any AirBnB. We loved it so much we extended our stay by two days!! Best stay ever!! So sad to leave!!

Clean accommodations with great AC! There is a mosque nearby but Angelo provided earplugs and I didn’t think it was too noisy in the bedrooms. It is a bit of a walk from the main Kuta downtown (15+mins) which was a bit draining to do in the heat/rain multiple times a day — great if you’re renting a scooter though! Angelo was incredibly responsive as our plans shifted and very kind throughout.

Everything was impeccable in the place!! The communication was excellent and the travel guide helped us a lot. The hosts were very friendly and I would definitely stay here again and again if I need a place to stay centrally in Kuta!! I highly recommend it :)

Amazing stay in the heart of grupuk busy surfing village but you felt at home away from the influx of people. Room was good, good amenities to cook Sudir (shop owner) was amazing to deal with Super friendly guy and very helpful 5* Only mentions are no wifi and close to mosque but didn’t bother us at all Thanks ryosuke & Sudir

Perfect location to the town centre, a beautiful clean flat with AC. Lovely bathroom and team at the front! Would definitely stay here again!

the apartment was very nice and exactly like the photos shown. The location was also great, you could quickly reach a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommended for this price

This is by far my favorite place. The pictures do not do it justice. All the little details that were added , made this place feel like home. The bathroom was absolutely stunning. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Pool was devine. There was not a thing I could fault about this place. Tania was super responsive, very respectful of my need to complete privacy. She made sure I had everything I needed and added more ( she provided the most delicious sourdough bread ) milk and spreads. This was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. Location is within walking distance of some cafes and a very popular beach. Both my experience with Tania and my time at the villa was truly amazing.

I booked an apartment, while my colleague booked another apartment at LaPlage. The location is in a calm alley, making it a great place to stay and work if you want to visit Mataram and learn about the local culture and their internet is super fast. The apartment is clean and looks new, and the facilities, such as the kitchen set with an oven and stove, were very helpful since we stayed for a week. The host is very responsive and never kept us waiting long for a reply. The apartment is safe and protected by a large gate, and the housekeeper is available to assist us with any questions we have. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mataram. I would give it a 500% recommendation to stay at LaPlage!
