Holiday rentals with a patio in Prättigau/Davos District

We had a great weekend in Andreas’ apartment. Even in advance, the communication was extremely pleasant and reliable. The apartment is totally nicely decorated and very cozy, we could only have spent the whole weekend there:-) The location in Davos Platz just below the promenade was perfect for us (visiting friends in the neighborhood). Good shopping and great bars within minutes walking distance. Free parking is available right in front of the house. There was everything we needed – the coffee maker was the icing on the cake. We will be happy to come back!

An absolute gem in Zernez! This beautiful apartment stole our hearts. It’s incredibly spacious, with tall ceilings and a bright, cozy atmosphere that makes it feel like a dream home. The spectacular views from the windows are breathtaking, with the charming town, nearby river, and gorgeous trails just outside the door. The bathrooms are big and luxurious, and every detail in the apartment reflects so much heart and care. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for exploring nature or simply soaking in the beauty of this quaint, picturesque town. We honestly wish this was our home! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect stay in the Swiss Alps.

Great apartment in a quiet location, perfect as a starting point for, for example, winter activities. Very stylish and equipped with everything you need. Stefan and Jana are very friendly, give valuable tips and are very easily accessible. Highly recommended!

The apartment is lovely and sunny , the living rooms and balcony are large , the property is stylish and modern , and has all the amenities for a comfortable and pleasant vacation. It is worth noting the large balcony from which every Davos is overlooked and the entire pastoral view of the area , this is definitely a prominent advantage. Recommend this place !

We had a lovely stay in a wonderful home. Easy access to the ski areas (Jakobshorn is walkable and a quick bus ride also gets you to Parsenn in Dorf rather quickly). Quiet and relaxing area but also close to lots of activities and places to see.

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

Were there for the second time in winter. With the good public transport connection and direct access to the cross-country ski trail, it is ideal for winter sports. We didn't miss anything in the house. Host are extremely nice and helpful.

We loved this area of Switzerland! Verena was so responsive and helpful during our stay. Views were gorgeous. Just know there are lots of stairs .

Very nice modern apartment close to the gondola. It has all you need, perhaps even more than that. Our family enjoyed the stay and Matt was always readily able to advise.

This place is truly the perfect location for a ski trip in the wonderful town of Klosters. You cannot beat how close you are to all the essentials, including groceries, the ski lift, and a bus stop 30 seconds away. Inside is super cosy with the underfloor heating and fireplace keeping us warm. We felt right at home. Ladina & Robert are fantastic hosts and super responsive to any queries! Overall, staying here made our trip that but more special and I cannot recommend a stay here enough.

Secluded on top of the mountain overlooking the snow peaks around in beautiful nature settings. Calm and tranquil. Nice and Cozy apartment, clean, organized and well maintained. Wonderful local owners who were very supportive, helpful and charming. Great for a weekend retreat.

We felt at home at Etta's place. It's a large, well-equipped apartment. It is equipped with very nice details. Ideally located - skiing - hiking - shopping. And what we particularly liked, we were allowed to bring our two dogs. So we were in Etta's apartment for the first time, but not the last time!

I rated all the questions asked 5 stars even though I hadn't visited the place at all. But I wanted to get to this point with all the clarity where I can also comment on the behavior of AirBnB. What AirBnB or its agent or agent has done in my case is just about stalking. X-Mal, I pointed out that I couldn't make my reservation. My messages were completely ignored. Instead, I have been bombarded again and again with trivial emails that made me aware of the previous stay. Everything went well with Esther. We got along well and also found a solution to get the annoying case done. I am deeply disappointed with the behavior of AirBnB. How AirBnB treats its customers, I would never have believed if I hadn't experienced it myself. Please refrain from justifying correspondence now. It's enough!

We really liked Beats apartment, it felt very cosy and was well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The place is as shown in the photos and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, quiet, great location, nice host! Price performance good but generally increased prices in Switzerland.

The new apartment is beautiful and an excellent base for skiing. 5 minutes walk to the Gotschnabahn gondola or a 10 minute bus to Madrisabahn. The Davos Platz train station is at the Gotschnabahn with frequent rail access to other Davos lifts and regional trains. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking or relaxing and there was plenty of space in the fridge. We enjoyed wonderful views from the kitchen/lounge each morning. In warmer weather the balconies would be great for breakfast and dinner. There is a small elevator with access to all floors so good for those with mobility issues too.
