Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pratovecchio Stia

Eleonora's little house is a property surrounded by nature away from any external "disturbance". If you're looking for a place with these features to completely disconnect from the world, this is the right choice. You'll be in the middle of the Casentino forest park with several viewpoints nearby. The little house has all the essentials and what you can expect from a mountain house. Attention because there is no mobile network coverage in the house, with some operators you have to get away a few meters outside the walls, but in my opinion this is an advantage :) Eleonora and her husband couple TOP

Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

Excellent, just as in the pictures. the views were incredible, the location was very central in Tuscany. The Airbnb was very Tuscan looking, it made you feel a part of it all. I would absolutely stay here again. Emanuel was very responsive, had excellent suggestions. we just can't say enough, this home was a great part of our Tuscan experience in Italy.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

great stay. but there's one turn just 2 min before reaching the slope which is wrongly shown in the Google maps. please don't follow that and go around. the stay was awesome with very warm hosts

We used two apartments because we were a group. Clean, quiet, with fenced garden and very close to the Arezzo Equestrian Center. We had a good time and plan to come back in the summer to take advantage of the pool. Luca is a very friendly and fair owner.

It’s very beautiful and quiet. The bathroom water is hot enough and strong. Recommend it

Claudia was wonderful, welcoming us and helpful during our stay. Very helpful and friendly made us feel at home, as a family. The places are beautiful, both from a landscape/naturalistic point of view (the Casentino National Park is an enchanting place) and historical cultural (Arezzo is about 40 minutes by car and several villages nearby, in addition to the Hermitage and the monastery of Camaldoli). If we have a chance to return to the area, we will choose Claudia's house again.

I had an amazing stay here. Alessandro was an extremely good host, checking in almost daily making sure everything was going smoothly. The place was so clean and smelt fantastic. Everything needed was within walking distance and the area felt very safe, even late at night. Definitely would recommend

The location was perfect—right in the heart of Florence, just a short walk to the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, and other iconic landmarks. The neighborhood was vibrant, with great restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps away. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the space felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed. While there wasn’t a view, the convenience and charm of the location more than made up for it. Andrea was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Florence. We had a wonderful time and hope to return someday!

Our family of four was in love with this place. Perfect location in the center of Florence yet very quiet. Beautiful clean and comfortable rooms with nice furnishings. As was mentioned the Master ceiling is incredible! Excellent communication from Francesco and the rest of the staff. Would definitely stay again!

‘Perfect’ is the best way to describe our stay. Location, staff, communication, apartment, everything was just perfect! Look no further, this can only be highly recommended for everyone going to Florence. Consider though that the 2nd bedroom is on an elevated platform in the main living space, so it lacks a bit of privacy if that’s crucial to you.

Lapo’s apartment is beautifully renovated and well equipped. The terrace and the view are fantastic. The bed is firm which is perfect for us or anyone with back problems. We like to walk and we didn’t have a car and really enjoyed walking down to the town square and cafes and restaurants in 15 minutes - going back up the hill about 20 minutes. If you are not fit you may need a car but also taxis and Uber are available. We recommend walking and hiking around Fiesole with beautiful views to see everywhere.

The view was incredible!! just like the pictures. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. This was part of our honeymoon tour of Italy and we will never forget it! I highly recommend this place for everyone. The only thing I could add is to have earplugs as it is directly in the heart of Florence.

Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. Our stay at the villa felt like living in a postcard- breathtaking surroundings! The historic villa was charming and comfortable for our group of 5. The area is idyllic and the onsite winery is a fantastic plus. We enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor areas. Great laundry facilities as well . Vicky was very helpful and gave us great advice on local sites. We would definitely return !

What an amazing getaway from the busy parts of Italy! This villa is more than you can imagine, with a beautiful view, phenomenal pool, big kitchen, and many private rooms. The lovely smells from the garden, particularly the rosemary, added a great touch!

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.
