Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

The hosts have equipped the apartment with all the comforts needed for a relaxing visit. When you're enjoying unwinding after a day of sightseeing, this centrally located apartment provides an ideal base. Air conditioning just unplug sensors at night so it stays cool.

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Very good location (just outside the ZTL, traffic-calmed zone) Especially by car super convenient, you should not drive further into the old town and the private parking space in an enclosed courtyard is included in the accommodation. The old town is also within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The residential area looked clean and secure. The apartment is a good size for two people and a balcony. Basically very satisfied, towards the side street and inside of the building rather clairaudient. Very friendly hostess who responds in a timely manner. I will gladly come back.

The Loft was absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures show but even more beautiful in person. The property is beautiful and very well setup from parking to getting to your room and the pool. The Loft has all the amenities you need, we cooked there quite often with ease. It is a close drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We stayed in February so it was quite chilly and weren't able to enjoy the pool or the area to it's full potential but I could just imagine how spectacular it would be staying here in the summer. The Loft has 3 AC/Heat machine's to keep the loft at the temperature you please. Chiara is very nice and super responsive and will solve any of your needs right away. I would highly recommend staying here!

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.
