The apartment is just like the photos, although it is a little far from downtown in season it is the best because there are not so many people. Bernard and Clara were very attentive throughout your stay. We were changed a mattress immediately and in front of any queries, they responded immediately. Also Fabio, the doorman, was very attentive.

We love to spend a few days in this comfortable house, in a condominium that is in front of the beach! The house is well airy and equipped, and the pool is very good. The place is pretty safe too. The temperature of the sea water was noted there, which was very warm, different from other places in Búzios and Arraial. We highly recommend it!

Excellent location, we were able to do everything on foot, both for the beach and the center. The apartment is great, with excellent pressure in the shower and kitchen utensils available, although there is no linen. We were in the family and we were very well received by Mrs. Rai and Mr. Francisco, both very friendly and attentive. Fabio was also very quick to respond when I needed something. No doubt we'll be back soon! 😉

We were with my family for 11 days and have an amazing experience. The is wonderful house. Super equipped, impeccable comfortable and close to downtown, literal on the way back from the condominium, and all the activities that could be done in Buzios. The place is quiet and safe. Afonso and Leda are super friendly and very well prepared. You can go to the most important beaches walking. We will definitely be back.

Simply amazing, sensational host, perfect space for small family or for those who go in a group of couples is also perfect, super meets all the needs and the very good location. I went to the center in 17 min. I got to know all the beaches of arraial, easy access, and to the tip of the acaíra 35 min. Or everything is very perfect. The village remembering that I did these car routes. Behind the condo there are the pools, restaurant and bar, but what I really loved was the lagoon beach, warm water a delight ! I simply recommend it and we will definitely return! São Paulo to Arraial ♥️

Beautiful apartment located within a condominium. 24 hour security. Clean, neat and very well-equipped! We had all the necessary items to cook like at home. Easy to reach on foot in the center of Playa Grande. Very nice Arraial!

Osvaldo's apartment is beautiful, super complete with everything one needs for a wonderful vacation. Spacious apartment, very well located, being able to walk to Praia dos Anjos (800m), Praia do Forno and Praia Grande (1.2km). The communication with Rosania was excellent, she took care to call me 2 days before to know if I had any questions and passed check-in instructions with more details. The one who welcomed us was Débora, who was also very attentive and responded to messages promptly. I recommend it.

The apartment is large and airy , the pool is excellent for the end of the day and super safe and easy to get to !

We were in 7 people and my puppy. We all love it! The apartment is super well located, airy, cozy and the beach is very close, in less than 5 minutes we already had our feet in the sand. It is wonderful to walk to the beautiful beach and leave the car in the garage. We'll be back for sure!!

The apartment has a family, a couple and up to three children well. It has a mattress, in case it is necessary to house anyone else. Pleasant condominium. It is very close to the beach and there are nearby food options, for those who do not want to go to the Búzios Center. I recommend it!

AP exactly as described, super comfortable, cozy, clean and organized environment which makes us feel at home. Perfect location! Next to the beach, markets, bakeries, pharmacies. I'll definitely come back more often.

The apartment was very nice, even better than in the pictures. The view is beautiful and it's very well equipped. Also, Mirtes and her son Vitor are very nice people: they were very fast to answer to help solving every little question we had. Also, Vitor recommended as a very nice boar tour, recommended. Thiago and Viviane are excellent hosts. They received us when we arrived and passed some instructions of the property and condominium. They answer questions quickly and are super polite and helpful. Note 10!! The property is a cute, very fresh. The super-equipped kitchen, with many utensils that we use on a daily basis. It was all clean, smelling bedding and the new furniture and the beds are comfortable. The condominium is excellent. My family and I literally felt like home!

Beautiful vacation!! The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, with everything you need to spend a comfortable stay a stone's throw from the beach overlooking the sea. I had small attentions like coffee, sugar, salt, toilet paper. We found the water purifier very useful and important as it was not necessary to purchase bottled water. Queila is always attentive and very quick to respond. We will return without hesitation!

The flat was great! All new and very well organized. The location is great. The only issue I had was that there was no virol to cover on the beds, but Bruna said this is the owner's standard. Another thing was the bathroom was leaking bath water, but very little. Outside this was perfect and Bruna was super solicit! The staff of the building staff are very polite and request. I'll be back for sure!
