We had 7 wonderful days in Cabo Frio in great part because of Bernard’s place. Right in front of the beach. Great views, cozy and spacious apartment. Small details like hairdryers in all bedrooms made all the difference for us, 5 women who got together after so long.. this will mark our lives. We will be back! Thank you Bernard and Clara! the apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures. located in the best part of the beach of the fort, just need to cross the street that is already on the beach. We spent wonderful days with the family, had everything we need in the apartment. It is extremely clean and with impeccable linen and towels. Marisa is a lot of requests and responds quickly. Rosangela received me very well and is to be congratulated for the care and zeal for the entire space.

It's a perfect condominium for going with children. It has a restaurant with pantry that provides basic services. To go to the beaches you need to hire an Uber or other transportation, but my family was very comfortable with all the facilities in the place. Osvaldo always responded quickly and very kindly

Spacious apartment, very well located, being able to walk to Praia dos Anjos (800m), Praia do Forno and Praia Grande (1.2km). The communication with Rosania was excellent, she took care to call me 2 days before to know if I had any questions and passed check-in instructions with more details. The one who welcomed us was Débora, who was also very attentive and responded to messages promptly. I recommend it.

I loved the days we spent in Marcia's ap. The ap is right at the entrance of the condominium, the vacancy is close to ap. It's airy, tidy. Everything works great, stove, fridge, microwave. The shower is warm and strong, the air-conditioning is quiet and the beds are super comfortable. The condominium is safe, has a playground and swimming pool for children. The location is perfect, everything is close, shopping, super market, pharmacy etc. In addition to being close to the beach and the Centro de RO. Thank you Marcia! We'll be back for sure.

Strengths: The location on the big beach is excellent, the beach in front is beautiful, the waterfront on this beach is organized and has a very good restaurant at the other end, being totally possible to do almost everything on foot in this region. The apartment is gorgeous, large, well equipped and clean, matches the photos of the listing. The view is wonderful. Negative points: Unfortunately, it has a sewage treatment plant near the condominium, which makes the odor at some times very strong, making it impossible to stay on the balcony or even keep the windows open. But this does not invalidate the beauty of the apartment and care that the host had with us. Overall our experience was wonderful! Thanks to the Hosts.

We were in 7 people and my puppy. We all love it! The apartment is super well located, airy, cozy and the beach is very close, in less than 5 minutes we already had our feet in the sand. It is wonderful to walk to the beautiful beach and leave the car in the garage. We'll be back for sure!!

The apartment has a family, a couple and up to three children well. It has a mattress, in case it is necessary to house anyone else. Pleasant condominium. It is very close to the beach and there are nearby food options, for those who do not want to go to the Búzios Center. I recommend it!

The flat was great! All new and very well organized. The location is great. The only issue I had was that there was no virol to cover on the beds, but Bruna said this is the owner's standard. Another thing was the bathroom was leaking bath water, but very little. Outside this was perfect and Bruna was super solicit! The staff of the building staff are very polite and request. Stay 1000. Super solicitous hosts. The apartment very well decorated and equipped. Some beach chairs, umbrellas and thermal box are available for guests. All house appliances (Air fryer, microwave, sandwich maker, coffeemaker), brand new and very clean. We'll definitely go back.

Rose is the best host who can exist, always attentive, kind, loving... she even lent us her own hats to take care of the sun. It helps you with excursions, gives you directions, search for information on prices, transportation times, recommended places to eat... The super equipped, very complete accommodation, the pool and game room are super entertaining especially for children. Very familiar atmosphere, my son became friends with other children and every day when returning from the beach they played together. An unforgettable experience... I wish we could repeat soon, and it would definitely be with Rose.
