I had a great fds with friends and family. House is exactly as advertised in photos and descriptions. Ambient is very clean and with unique style. I recommend and would visit again.

Excellent apartment, safe, great barbecue. Great condominium, excellent pool. We got very hot days, but it had a lot of fans.

Very nice house! High, ventilated and clear right foot. Excellent swimming pool, water although not being air-conditioned was warm. Kitchen has what you need with 2 refrigerators and a great stove. It would be a 1000 note if there was air conditioning in the rooms. Mr. Dieter is a gentleman. Thanks for your stay

Extremely wonderful, cozy, clean and well-organized location. All rooms have air-conditioning, in this heat it made a total difference. Luís was very attentive and kind to us, always answering us super fast from the entrance to the exit. It was an amazing weekend, for sure we'll be back.

Everything is great in the stay. I spent with my family the Réveillon of 2025. The house was in perfect condition and comfortably accommodated 11 adults and 2 children. All rooms with air conditioning and some also with a fan. 5 comfortable bedrooms, 1 of them suite, two large bathrooms and the very spacious kitchen and living room. The atmosphere is very cool. in the upper part, a large gourmet area and a swimming pool with very good sunbathing area. Anyway, the space of the house is extremely pleasant. It's all well clean and organized. Ricardo is an excellent host, was flexible at check-in and allowed our entrance a little early so we could get out of traffic. Also, it gave all the necessary assists and responded very quickly. Very considerate. Finally, the property's location is excellent. Mercados, pharmacies very close, it is possible to walk, the beach is also very close, 1 block and the building has service on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. I highly recommend it!

Excellent, everything was as published in the app, very cozy, perfect location, markets, bakeries, pharmacies restaurants, etc., all nearby, including the Shopping Mall of the city several blocks of the apartment.

We were wonderful 7 days, home smelling, well-equipped with cookware, comfortable sofas and the bed provided us with great nights of sleep. The house in a whole is wonderful, beautiful garden, great space for those who will take a dog, we took our Bully who took advantage of the house and the beach a lot. Quiet Neighborhood, plenty of commerce options, quiet streets day and night . We thank hosts José and Laura, for having greeted us with affection ,always giving tips of places and restaurants. Praia Linda did not have any difficulty arriving, wonderful experience I recommend the space to everyone.

Without words to describe all the attention of the amphitria, at all times always very polite. On arrival we are welcomed by a wonderful staff who work at the building gatehouse, explaining all the details of the stay. The beach service that Silvana offers a lot of help, as they had beaches that were charging from 100 to 150 real chairs and umbrellas. The house is all equipped with appliance, tablecloth, barbecue utensils, private pool. We spend wonderful days in this accommodation.

The staff of the building and the host were very attentive and flexible. The children quite enjoyed the pools of the condominium including the heated one and all were very well accommodated in the apartment in a privileged location and wonderful view of the beach. We were in 6 adults, 3 children and a pet, the accommodation met expectations, we were grateful and will be back soon.
