Building with great structure, with friendly and attentive collaborators. The apartment is very well located, close to the beach and to the center. In addition to being well-equipped and clean. Felipe always attentive and available with the information. Only parking is tight and difficult to maneuver.

Simply perfect! Our 7-day stay exceeded all expectations, which were already high. The apartment is impeccable: wide, airy and air-conditioned in every room, ensuring total comfort. The location is great, with a beautiful beach nearby and several leisure options. The indoor and secure garage, with elevator straight to the apartment, makes everything more practical. The kitchen is complete, with everything new, and there is still a barbecue with skewers for a perfect barbecue. The two large and new Smart TVs – one in the living room and the other in the suite – were a great differentiator. In addition, hosts were extremely kind and always available to help. Our experience was incredible and, undoubtedly, we recommend for those seeking comfort and quality for the holidays!

I really liked staying with Aline, Luna (dog) and Max (cat). All were very friendly. Aline is superb. She not only gave me great tips, she also invited me to join in for breakfast and lunch on Christmas day, called the fazendas so I could visit outside the regular visiting hours and connected me with friends of hers in my next destination. The house is super well located and has everything one needs. I was allowed to use the kitchen and the vegetable garden as well as some cooking ingredients and coffee :). The room was spacious and the bed super comfy. Luna and Max are cute and always ready for a cuddle. I can only recommend staying with Aline.

the house is SPECTACULAR! We'll definitely be back next year! It's all it shows in the post, but personally it's even nicer! Do not doubt anything it offers, there is everything it says!! the distance to the city is minimal, it is fast, there are no controls of any kind... few words, NO DOUBT, GO and ENJOY

The stay at Maria's place was Maravilhosa!She welcomed us very well, was flexible with Chekin and made us comfortable in the house. She left us clean sheets and bedding for us to use. The very well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable room for us to be reunited as a family. The balcony with the hammocks and flowers gave a full touch to the outside of the house. We went in 5 people and spent 4 incredible days, with a lot of tranquility and peace, because the environment is very conducive. The cake cherry for sure was the Pool that we enjoyed to Maximus. We are looking forward to new days of Sol.

Dona Angelina opens the doors of the house as a mother opens to a son .. we were super welcomed into her house, the room is private and is super cozy.. well located house and would definitely indicate her house as hosting. Your daughter Sinara we did not have the opportunity to meet but always requests Qd necessary.

Second time staying at the Nádia AP with my mother and my daughter. Always very clean and organized. In addition, Nádia left some treats such as very cold drinks, biscuits and mini panetone, the air conditioning on already refreshing the environment and a super gentle card. The caretaker, his Alcione, who serves us, always very helpful and polite. The AP is just like in the pictures. It has everything we need at Av Paraguassu and it is possible to do many things on foot, including going to the beach. Family atmosphere, no noises. All great. I intend to go back again and recommend it to anyone who needs it!

The apartment is very good and spacious, well-equipped kitchen, good size rooms with comfortable beds and, mainly, with a large balcony with barbecue. Easy access to Praia Grande and close to good restaurants and conveniences (bakery, pharmacy, market, fruit tree). Inalda was very attentive and helpful, making itself available for any need. We will return to excellent lodging and, if possible, we will return.

The apto is exactly as advertised, in addition to comfortable, very well furnished and equipped, close to markets, restaurants, pharmacies. The building is quite safe, ideal for families. Carolina was a great host, considerate, kind! We will definitely return!
