The location of the Kátia flat is excellent. Very close to the Recife shopping mall (located on the same street) and the good-trip beach, as well as having everything nearby making it easy to travel in the city. Kátia was flexible and responsive. I'll be back shortly.

The apartment is small, but the planned furniture makes the space functional. The location is good, has several amenities in the vicinity, but it is also good to remember that it is an elite neighborhood, so some services are more expensive. The air-conditioning was not enough to dribble the heat, so Mr. Humberto provided a fan and everything was great.

The location of the apt is great, very close to a small square, the beach and has two pharmacies in front. I just missed a supermarket and bakery nearby. The apto is a good size, the neighborhood is quiet, we had no problems with noise. The hosts were very solitative and provided two items that we needed (hairdryer and duvet). I recommend it!

Practical flat, very well located next to Shopping RioMar and the beaches of the south zone of Recife, easy access to the main roads and with ride-hailing cars nearby. Friendly host with quick responses, acted immediately whenever necessary. I would rent the apartment again and recommend it.

It was very easy to find, it is easy access to everything. Condominium staff are polite and helpful. Apartamento clean and with everything we need, even dryer🫢. The view from the balcony and bedroom is beautiful. We found in the apartment books with tips on tours and gastronomy and followed the recommendations for dinner and were great. The hostess always kept in touch, very helpful and attentive.

The apartment is as it describes it, the attention is super friendly. They made the cot and chair adapter available for our son but they also left us toys so that he can play. always very friendly and responding as soon as possible

Very nice, modern and spacious apartment. The location is close to the beach and other amenities. Friendly, responsive host. If there is one small drawback, the toilet regularly gets clogged up even though we did not throw toilet paper. Fortunately, there is a plunger in the apartment to remedy this problem. Otherwise, everything is great :)

Wonderful stay, everything was 100%, from the first contact to the last! Flawless apartment, organized and smelling good, it has a wonderful view and is next to the mall, the Uber to the sights was super cheap! The apartment has everything you need, including a hair dryer, I loved it and highly recommend it!

clean environment and exactly as the description. very well monitored building, with a grocery store for urgent needs. all the staff of the building very requested and polite. when we arrived we had a small problem, but that was solved within minutes. bedding, towels, all clean, all equipment working perfectly. good location, nearby taxi point, facility of pharmacies, supermarket and snack bars.

Great location, right next to Mc donalds and next to a Subway. Nearby bus stops. The place was clean, all very organized. I missed only glass glasses and dishcloths but nothing to prevent the stay. I would recommend and stay again.

flat is very well located, in a noble area of reef. Marcelo was very attentive, and flexible with schedules. The apartment was good, but it is ideal for 2 people, in 4 people, it was a bit tight, since in the living room there is no air conditioning and the fan was weak and on the bench only 2 chairs. The concierge staff are all very friendly and attentive with a lot of security. In the surrounding countryside has all necessary infra, pharmacy, bakery, market and very good restaurants. We already miss Recife.
